Iran is on the brink of developing nuclear weapons .... mega-fail reasoning exposed

    I think back to a scant few years ago when this forum was replete with claims that Iran was about to roll out its first nuclear device. Remember Bibi's big red line? Anyone who disagreed was an Islamo-fascist with no sense of reality. The "missing notebook" did not need to be produced; one just needed to believe the U.S. intelligence services. Simple. The notebook was in fact a red herring. All the proof needed had in fact already been published by the IAEA. Bibi was correct. Anyone who doubted him was a fool.

    And now, after 8 years of sabre-rattling and war-drum beating, what remains of that CERTAINTY that Iran was on the brink of producing A-bombs? When sanity, logic and reason were given a chance, what were the IAEA's final conclusions, all based on information available many years ago, i.e. nothing new?

    And they were all so certain .... Bibi had said so:
