That wouldn't have anything to do with the worldwide elimination of ozone depleting CFC's, now would it?

It wasn't until 2007 that 200 nations agreed to eliminate CFC's by 2020. The ozone layer started recovering by 2007-2010 so eliminating CFCs are not the major reason it recovered.

So curious, if this was an experiment, why is the graph marked as CO2 from Muana Loa? Aren't experiments run in a lab, controlled so as to document every change? Which means artificially adding and removing elements as the experiment calls out? This looks like a graph I've seen on here before, it is just a snapshot from one point for CO2 amounts and temperatures in the area. Hmmm.......are you trying to pull one over on the board?

I've seen nothing that proves anything we're discussing. Charts and graphs pulled from someone elses web page that isn't an experiment, is not proof. Silly.

Ok isf that is so, then why from 1998 to 2013 isn't the line going up during a down cycle on the sun spot line?

Again, you all want it both ways. No way you can prove anything because for every counter point, you believe you can just ignore the evidence. Silly! Ain't science.

You must be suffering from short-term memory loss. Because apparently you can't recall that you failed to answer these questions from just three days ago:

Considering that CO2 absorption and emission of IR changes with pressure, and that what happens in the upper atmosphere is critical to the whole process, please explain how to put the entire depth of the atmosphere into a lab experiment. And then there's feedbacks: Please explain how to put the Arctic methane release feedback into a lab experiment. Please explain how to put peat decomposition feedback into a lab experiment. Please explain how to put rainforest drying feedback into a lab experiment. Please explain how to put forest fire feedback into a lab experiment. Please explain how to put desertification feedback into a lab experiment. Please explain how to put ocean uptake feedback into a lab experiment.

Answer these questions first, and I'll answer yours. Although frankly, I think everyone knows you're just playing game #3 on the Top Five Tactics of Climate Denial. So here's my very own Impossible Expectation right back atcha: prove to me that you can think. Because so far I've seen no evidence for it.

Thanks for pointing out that the current global warming is predicated only on models that cannot do the above and are only a guess.

I owe you nothing. You said you had experimental proof of doubling CO2 and temperature rise and provided a graph from an island. Hah, talk about silly!!!!!!

Not what I said at all, not what I posted, and not what I believe. Next time, read for content. If you can.

Please point to the post where I used the world "proof". Or admit that you're just lying.

Oh, ok so you have no proof, I see.

Nothing in science is ever proven, including heliocentricity. Science (unlike you) is always open to new evidence. Which is why scientists don't use that word, and neither do I. If you want certainty, go to church. If you want overwhelming evidence, I have already presented it, and you have already ignored it.

That's hilarious. you can have an experiment that shows that CO2 can cause a difference of one degree C, but you can't double the CO2 and see if it raises the temperature in a controlled model. I think that's just silly.

I posted I wanted proof, you provided a graph which you claimed was an experiment, which wasn't. Who is silly?

BTW, how does one ever validate the model then?

I think it was on 3.2 beer. The temperature recorder wasn't much of a drinker. But he was one old SoB.
