No Medicare Fraud is the charging of services NOT rendered which rips off all taxpayers. Are you willing to apply the death penalty to any and all providers perpetrating fraud on the Medicare system?

 

It's simple math, they are called ratios. If you have say $60 billion in fraud for 42 million insured, how much will you have with 340 million insured. $60 billion X 8 = $340 billion in fraud per year. Where on earth is THAT acceptable?

Private insurance fraud is only a tiny portion of Public insurance fraud. Reason: private insurance requires "Pre-Authorization" for treatment, Medicare/Medicaid does not.
