This is, in my opinion, a well written explanation on how legalism is diving America and decreasing the over all level of justice in our nations. Should America and Canada start training more engineers and fewer lawyers? Should fewer lawyers be elected to high political office? What really can be done about this rather obvious problem? https://publications.morningstarmin...eek/second-american-revolutionarycivil-war-21
With much reluctance, I voted "yes". We must be a nation founded on a bedrock of legality -- the heritage for which dates back thousands of years. BUT.... Because our Judicial System itself became as politicized and corrupt as it has been for the past forty years, then it's obvious that the real 'enemies of the state' are those who subvert and sabotage the genuine 'Will of the People' with a scattering of activist judges who overturn election results and literally 'legislate-from-the-bench' -- AS LIBERALS HAVE BEEN DOING EVER SINCE THE END OF THE VIETNAM WAR!
