Is Liberal Racism the cause for the rift with both Russia and Israel?

So when our Teleprompter in Chief took office in 2008, he was hailed as a peacemaker and awarded the Noble Peace prize for his position on negotiating with the likes of Iran, and his apology tour through the Middle East. The liberals and leftists with a dark skinned ambassador loved the idea of apologizing for our white colonial past. At the same time Obama distanced the US from our long time Ally Israel, and began a war of words and antagonism with Russia. So on one hand he is waging an apology tour in the heart of the Muslim world, the same group who desecrated and converted churches, took European territory, and who to this day continue to occupy a European Capitol and on the other he is vilifying our ally Israel and painting them as Colonial power, at the same time throwing out warming relationship with a European power in Russia.... I suspect this anti colonial (code word for anti Western anti White) is the real reason leftists loved Obama policy, while going ape (*)(*)(*)(*) about Trumps movement toward repairing those vital relationships and potentially avoiding major war with a Nuclear power.
