Those folks you're saying are going to pick up the tab for your pipe dreams had no problems offshoring their wealth and businesses and already own homes outside of the US so tell me how a progressive government is going to force them to pay. Another way would be if U.S. implodes....the rich might try to find a safer place to hide As long as the rich are in control, everything remains the same.
I believe all those "rainbows" as you call them below can be accomplished.... First the corruption must be dealt with effectively. You seem to be saying that the rich will always find a way to beat the system.... I agree with that.....just like a virus can mutate to continue its destructive nature. A combination of undergraduate and graduate degrees from Harvard costs over a quarter million just in tuition. Why? You must first examine your bias. tRump did not lower drug prices...did not give us better healthcare...did not clean the swamp...etc..
