Well you can call people out for being ignorant racists though. You can vote out ignorant racist presidents.

It's this president and his base that are trying to "legislate" hate.

If people just gave into racism, there'd be no progress at all. Imagine how it would be for your two daughters a couple of centuries ago. Or a few decades ago.

It allowed unequal treatment, They could not vote! And they could legally be held as slaves.

That's all well and good but you have to know that the working class will get stuck with the bill, so where's the gain? Every time the Dems enact legislation that involves free stuff it's funded by wealth redistribution and that happens from the middle down. That is not prosperity that is just spreading misery, nobody benefits from this.

Anyone should be able to say whatever the hell they want. If a president said it, then don't vote for him next time. There should never be legal penalties for speaking your mind.

How is it the Dems have been able to steamroll Repubs all these years enacting legislation that involves free stuff all by themselves? Are Repubs cucks to Dems? Repubs need to grow some balls and stop being pushed around and bullied by all these Dems. Wouldn't you agree?

Yes and a lot of that has changed since Trump took office. It's all about leadership but it also means purging the party of RINOs and the Republican party must be 100% behind the president. If that could happen then we could steamroll the Dems and their leftist supporters into oblivion. Imagine an America that is free of all of the silly leftist BS, think of what could be accomplished.

Nonsense. You're making silly excuses. The Dems haven't steamrolled anyone. The Rpubs have been complicit in welfare programs also. I lay blame on both sides, where you can only lay blame on one side. Your bias is showing.

This president isnt racist. Point blank. Sorry, he isnt.

I am allowed to point out facts, even if those facts are based on race, and not be racist.

Anybody who calls the president racist is either lying for political gain or doesnt comprehend what racism is.

White washing facts that exist, even if those facts relate to minority demographics, is not legislating hate.

That's a cop out because the left cant defend non-legislation with any valid perspectives.

You dont have a choice. Again, people are allowed to be racist and its legal.

Yeah, it's a hell of a lot better for them now... even considering this "racist" president

But what does that have to do with the federal constitution? That is the document being discussed.

And why did it get better?

Because people fought racism and fought for their rights. Obviously, we still have a ways to go.

To be sure; and in case you've forgotten, the assertion being discussed is that said document as originally ratified was racist, which you ought to understand by now is bloody nonsense.

The conversation is about today, not history.
It’s about liberals crying racism every time Trump scratches himself.

So in line with your " Is the Constitution racist" did the original Constitution consider blacks as person's subject to all the rights granted by the Constitution? A simple yes or no will suffice.

you mean to give the middle-class another temporary carrot or extend the current one and the rich another super-sized permanent tax cut?

the last tax cut was supposed to be a middle-class tax cut and it turned out to be a mega tax cut for the corps

how about this, rescind the tax cuts for the corps and give the same $$$ on a tax cut for the middle class

or how about a stimulous, were every American gets the same amount - the rich do not get more
