Are you going to deny, for example, that federal law requires a person entering the country does so at an official port of entry? Are you going to deny that said person is required to identify himself, state the purpose of his visit, and depart the country on or before the end of his authorized duration of stay? Are you going to deny that it is a crime to perform any kind of paid work without proper documentation? Are you going to deny that it is a crime to use false documents in an attempt to obtain paid work? Are you going to deny that it is a crime to fail to report income and to fail to pay taxes on said income? The list goes on.

You have an executive making law with the stroke of a pen, circumventing the entire system of checks and balances, and denying advice and consent. All I have to say is “DACA,” and your argument falls flat on its face.
