Only in the mentally unstable world today can people blame defenders for breaking the truce. Fight on Israel.

Associated Press reported that the 'hundreds of Gazans who were breaching the fence' ( reported by IOF Spokesperson) was actually 2 dozen young boys saying to the IOF on the other side 'Allahu Akbar' and 'Morsi Morsi'.

In the video that shows 2 dozen boys also shows the IOF soldier going down on one knee and shouting 'Go away or I will shoot you'.

The boy who was murdered was with a group of farmers who went to check their land which had been left fallow for years to see if they could grow something on it since there was a ceasefire with deals to allow them access it. Some had tried to get parts from an old broken Jeep and Anwar was shot trying to pin a flag on the Gaza side of the fence.

You cannot believe a word the zionists say and thank God for foreign media witnesses recording events and that is why they target reporters to shut them up........

The next time an Israeli like Mark Regev or that ladyboy Avital Leiberwitch tell you ONLY 'KH'amas would do such a thing as to store weapons and have weapons in schools and say 'they are committing a double war crime' and Israel are most moral army in the world or any such other trash

    SHOW THEM THIS!

Are you making the assumption that 70-80 years ago before the modern Israeli state was established this location served both as an elementary school and a weapons store? On what basis?

So why did you not link to the source so we can check it out rather than relying on your interpretation? I thought you weren't keen on foreign media telling everyone not to believe what is written, oh I see that only applies in Egypt right?

It has everything to do with Jordan.

    1) Prior to 1967 the Palestinians gave up all claim "over the West Bank in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan," the word "in" being operative that the West Bank was Jordan's land:

"Article 24: This Organization does not exercise any territorial sovereignty over the West Bank in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, on the Gaza Strip or in the Himmah Area. Its activities will be on the national popular level in the liberational, organizational, political and financial fields." http://mideastweb.org/peacechild/palestinian_charter.htm

    2) United Nations resolution 242 requires, due to the semicolon in the complete sentence, that these two things happen, of which the PLO Charter and Hamas Charter were in continual violation of the second part of this sentence, since they are connected by semicolon, therefore, the first part cannot be accomplished without the second part; #1 and #3 address whether the so-called "Palestinians" had claims or have claims on all of the West Bank:

    "Withdrawal of Israeli armed forces from territories occupied in the recent conflict;

Termination of all claims or states of belligerency and respect for and acknowledgement of the sovereignty, territorial integrity and political independence of every State in the area and their right to live in peace within secure and recognized boundaries free from threats or acts of force;" http://www.mideastweb.org/242.htm

    3) No international law exists to remove the recognized Green Line international border of Israel and this treaty with Jordan, which was the rightful owner of the West Bank due to #1, is without prejudice to the other parts:

"The boundary, as set out in Annex I (a), is the permanent, secure and recognized international boundary between Jordan and Israel, without prejudice to the status of any territories that came under Israeli military government control in 1967."
    http://www.kinghussein.gov.jo/peacetreaty.html

Israel has a right to exist up to the Green Line, and the entire region of Palestine according to international law does not belong to the Arabs or so-called "Palestinians," and it is an irrefutable fact that no international law outlawed the treaty between Israel and Jordan. The territory in dispute which was rejected as belonging to the Palestinians up to 1967, brings us to Resolution 242, which at that instant was with regard to "Termination of all claims or states of belligerency and respect for and acknowledgement of the sovereignty, territorial integrity and political independence of every State," including Israel. The treaty between Jordan and Israel, which is accepted international law, has no prejudice with regard to what Israel or the so-called "Palestinians" wind up having sovereignty over. Due to the Treaty with the former sovereignty over the West Bank, which was Jordan, Israel does NOT have to under international law "get back to the Green Line," or give up any of the recognized sovereignty it had at that point of 242.

Now Israel withdrew from the Gaza, they gave up all claim to it.

The point of contention is whether there is any international law that denies Israel some sovereignty in the disputed territory of the West Bank, and there is NONE.

Your claim that "Israel exists in Palestine, illegally" is false.

If PLO would have fought Hamas like Hagana fought Etzel or if Hamas was outlawed like Etzel was, we wouldnt have any problems.

"The international community considers the settlements in occupied territory to be illegal.[8] Israeli neighborhoods in East Jerusalem and communities in the Golan Heights, areas which have been annexed by Israel, are also considered settlements by the international community, which does not recognise Israel's annexations of these territories.[9] The United Nations has repeatedly upheld the view that Israel's construction of settlements constitutes violation of the Fourth Geneva Convention.[10][11] The International Court of Justice[12] also says these settlements are illegal,[13][14] and no foreign government supports Israel's settlements.[15] In April 2012, UN secretary general Ban Ki-Moon, in response to moves by Israel to legalise Israeli outposts, reiterated that all settlement activity is illegal, and "runs contrary to Israel's obligations under the Road Map and repeated Quartet calls for the parties to refrain from provocations."[16] Similar criticism was advanced by the EU and the US.[17][18]" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Israeli_settlement

Spit balls are NOT legally enforcible. And wikipedia, which uses opinion peaces in footnotes to back up a statement, is not a legal document.

No UN resolution under Jimmy Cotter Pin that uses the Geneva Conventions with regard to the West Bank are valid after the 1994 treaty with the former owners, which the conflict was between.

Resolution 465 (1980) is NOT valid with regard to the West Bank after 1994, as the entire basis of argument in the recalled resolutions is the Fourth Geneva Convention, which is made void by the treaty between the two waring forces.

Spit balls have NO legal validity.

All resolutions referring to the Fourth Geneva Conventions has everything to do with Jordan and the peace treaty between Israel and Jordan.

The Geneva Conventions with regard to settlements does not apply because Israel signed a treaty with Jordan, the former owners and between which the Geneva Conventions applied. As has been previoulsy proven the Palestinians gave up rights to the property in their Charter prior to 1967. And the borders defined in that treaty with Jordan, which voids all references to the Geneva Conventions in any UN resolutions prior to 1994, does not say anything about a Palestinian State between Jordan (the former owners) and Israel, as none existed in 1994. Only deporting is illegal, and restricting movement in any State Israel claims belongs to them:

    "Article 13.

    (1) Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each state.
    (2) Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country..."

    "...Article 15.

    (1) Everyone has the right to a nationality.
    (2) No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his nationality nor denied the right to change his nationality."
    http://www.un.org/en/documents/udhr/index.shtml

"Non-state entity" is simply that, no State.

Jews could not be forbidden freedom of movement and residence within what was not another country. And Palestinians cannot be denied freedom of movement in Israel if Israel owns all the West Bank.

Non-state entities do NOT have borders.

NO spit balls, where is the text of the international recognized law, treaty, that defines where the borders of the Palestinian State are? There is NONE.

Ok. Suffice to say, the international community, the International Court of Justice, and the UN, all consider Israel's settlements to be illegal, but you disagree. :)

They said what? “Have spit balls, will travel.” Get bailiff, if they “have run out of villages to burn,” otherwise it is just meaningless talk.

“Art. 64. The penal laws of the occupied territory shall remain in force, with the exception that they may be repealed or suspended by the Occupying Power in cases where they constitute a threat to its security or an obstacle to the application of the present Convention.” http://www.icrc.org/ihl.nsf/FULL/380?OpenDocument

That is evidence not considered by the courts, UN, and international community. If the International community, UN, and courts call in the Geneva Conventions, the Geneva Conventions call in the law of the occupied people. The legitimately elected Palestinian Authority’s Hamas Charter recalled Islamic law, Islamic law says that the Torah was given to Jews by Allah, and according to Islamic law Jews are to keep that law, and that means the settlements are legal, because the law of the legitimately elected Palestinian Authority says Israel owns all that land for all time.

Now, what is the penal law of the Koran with regard to rejecting Islam once you have accepted it? Israel is authorized by Islamic law to move into the West Bank and according to the Geneva Conventions and with regard to penal law may kill all who voted for and now reject Allah’s covenant with Israel. Israel is actually violating the Geneva Conventions, by not applying Islamic Penal law on the violators of the covenant with Allah. I am sure any lying pond scum Moslem can quote all the verses needed to back up what I am saying.

Is that so ? Of course , Haganah was so successful in defeating Jewish terrorists gangs , that its Leaders like Menachim Begin , Yitzhak Shamir, was elected as Israel's Prime Ministers and honoured as National Heroes .
After 1948 Zionist declaration of independence the LEHI/Irgun/Stern Gang . etc, merely intergrated with /joined the new army ,

30 years later..., the organization was outlawed and both fought each other, Hagana snitched on Etzel members to the Brits, those are all historical facts.
