WTF? you aren't seriously claiming that Israel's intent is to exterminate the arabs are you?

No argument there although they gave up on the Sinai, Lebanon and Gaza.

And this has what relevance to your Nazi comparison?

They also shared the same atmosphere as other humans.

Using your impeccable logic, the following were also comparable to the nazis"

    The Soviets
    The Japanese
    The Chinese
    The Congolese
    The Turks
    The Cambodians
    The Vietnamese
    The Tamils

    to name but a few......

    Inane comparison.

He is a denialist Margot - blind to reality, rather like a 9-11 'truther' and conspiracy theorist.

The Israelis have been deliberately and consistently pushing the Arabs off the land.. destroying homes, mosques, schools and olive groves for over 6 decades...

Again, you are providing an alibi for criminal and illegal activity. You really have no moral compass at all do you?

Clearly, you are not educated. Both myself and Margot have explained to you that the comparative nature of collective punishment only differs in terms of degree.

I have posted evidence implicating the Zionist fascists with a form of collective punishment that involves a policy of starvation. Do you want me to re-post this evidence, or do you prefer to remain in blinkers?

Sorry, but I fail to see the relevance of that to the discussion point at hand.

If only you could remember what you read.

do you specialize in false characterization, or is that you don't know any better?

But I am used to such falsehoods from the anti-zionist, sun shining out of the butts of arabs who can do no wrong supporter.

Evidence of a policy of starvation? sorry I missed that particular piece of evidence, since there has NEVER been any reported starvation in Gaza. those darned Israelis and their invisible policies that never seem to achieve the goal.

As to my level of education, I would venture to say I have a few more letters after my name than you. But its simply gauche to point out something like that when dealing with someone like you.

And I have pointed out to Margot and you that collective punishment is not a rare occurance in this world. So making such an odious comparison between nazis and jews is like comparing nazis to jews because they both have to wipe their butts after excretion. (don't bother looking up, you won't get it)

Ah, so now you are getting personal. For your information I have a BA with Honours and an MA from Goldsmiths, London.

I posted evidence that a component part of Israel's policy of collective punishment of the kind the Nazi's were ideologically committed to is their intended aim of starving the Gazan's. That is a fact. I posted the evidence and you willfuly ignored it. No surprise there.

Released documents, whose existence Israel had denied for eighteen months, reveal that the state approved “a policy of deliberate reduction” of basic goods, including food and fuel, in the Gaza Strip. Gisha Director Sari Bashi explains:

“Instead of considering security concerns, on the one hand, and the rights and needs of civilians living in Gaza, on the other, Israel banned glucose for biscuits and the fuel needed for regular supply of electricity – paralyzing normal life in Gaza and impairing the moral character of the State of Israel. I am sorry to say that major elements of this policy are still in place.”

(Gisha: Legal Center for Freedom of Movement, ‘Due to Gisha's Petition: Israel Reveals Documents related to the Gaza Closure Policy’, October 21, 2010).

    http://www.gisha.org/index.php?intLanguage=2&intItemId=1904&intSiteSN=113

As Saeed Bannoura of the International Middle East Media Center reports, the Israeli government imposed a deliberate policy:

“in which the dietary needs for the population of Gaza are chillingly calculated, and the amounts of food let in by the Israeli government measured to remain just enough to keep the population alive at a near-starvation level. This documents the statement made by a number of Israeli officials that they are ‘putting the people of Gaza on a diet’.”

    http://www.imemc.org/article/59843

    Bannoura adds:

“This release of documents also severely undermines Israel's oft-made claim that the siege is ‘for security reasons’, as it documents a deliberate and systematic policy of collective punishment of the entire population of Gaza.”

When Israel and the United States were reacting to Hamas’s election victory in Gaza in January 2006, long-time Israeli government adviser Dov Weisglass stated:

“The idea is to put the Palestinians on a diet, but not to make them die of hunger.” (‘Hamas readies for government, Israel prepares sanctions’, Agence France Presse, February 16, 2006)

The released documents contain actual equations used by the Israeli government to calculate the exact amounts of food, fuel and other necessities needed to do exactly that.

    http://gisha.org/UserFiles/File/HiddenMessages/DefenseMinistryDocumentsRevealedFOIAPetition.pdf

The policy is all the more disturbing, indeed repellent, given that almost half the people of Gaza are children under the age of eighteen. One might reasonably conclude that Israel has deliberately forced the undernourishment of hundreds of thousands of children in direct violation of international law and the Fourth Geneva Convention.

Huge Jewish Internet propoganda machine exposed

    The Hasbara

Hasbara refers to the propaganda efforts to sell Israel, justify its actions, and defend it in world opinion. Using contemporary euphemisms, it is Public diplomacy for Israel, or using a pejorative interpretation, then it is apologia. Israel portrays itself as fighting on two fronts: the Palestinians and world opinion. The latter is dealt with hasbara. The premise of hasbara is that Israel's problems are a matter of better propaganda, and not one of an underlying unjust situation.

    The techniques utilized

    * Smearing/defaming critics of Israel, aka, attacking the messenger. This is even the terminology found in the Hasbara Handbook
    * Selective discussion of issues
    * Framing of issues, and setting the terminology used in discussing Israel
    * Harassing media about its coverage, aka, flak
    * Challenging the portrayal of an alternative narrative, and attempting to keep the zionist narrative as the dominant one.

    Hasbara Campus Manual

The Hasbara Handbook: Promoting Israel on Campus, is now available online.

The manual goes on to describe seven propaganda techniques:

    1. Name calling: through the careful use of words, then name calling technique links a person or an idea to a negative symbol.

    2. Glittering generality: Simply put, glittering generality is name calling in reverse. Instead of trying to attach negative meanings to ideas or people, glittering generalities use positive phrases, which the audience are attached to, in order to lend positive image to things. Words such as "freedom", "civilization",?

    3. Transfer: Transfer involves taking some of the prestige and authority of one concept and applying it to another. For example, a speaker might decide to speak in front of a United Nations flag, in an attempt to gain legitimacy for himself or his idea.

    4. Testimonial: Testimonial means enlisting the support of somebody admired or famous to endorse and ideal or campaign.

    5. Plain folks: The plain folks technique attempts to convince the listener that the speaker is a 'regular guy', who is trust-worthy because the are like 'you or me'.

The examples given are very interesting, and worth reading.

    Deluded nonsense.

But then.....you also once believed that the occupation of The Occupied Palestinian Territories wasn't illegal. And that's despite being shown the relevant legal rulings.
