It should never be illegal to give another human being a drink of water.

No, the law is not "fine." The law is a disgrace by racist whites trying to hold on to power.
You discredit your entire argument with these false claims.
What does this have to do with handing a bottle of water to someone standing in line to vote?
There you go again promulgating the Trump lie about a stolen election.

What's the big deal about handing out bottles of water to voters? Georgia Republicans are behaving badly and should get the boot.

Is your vote going to change if a Democrat hands you a bottle of water?

Same with reaching out for a bottle of water.

Since the "inner city" is controlled by Democrats in practically every municipality in the US, can you explain why Democratic leaders are making it so difficult for inner city Black voters?

If GA went the wise way of its sister Republican state, Utah, and held elections exclusively by mail, nobody would need a bottle of water waiting in a line.

They come because they are desperate for a better life. To them it is worth the risk.

And the fact someone may or may not leave water at a certain spot does not have any impact on if they do so or not

The inner city does not choose the number of voting spots they can use, that is handed down from the state.

There are not enough Repubs for them to win that way.

Then the responsibility is not on us.
Then making it illegal to leave water has no impact.

Then do not help them. What right do you or anyone else have to try and stop those that feel called to do something?

It has an impact on the rights and freedoms of the citizens of this country. But those do not really seem to be a concern for you.

The president is telling them not to come now. You don't believe what the president says?
You best knock of the insults. They are getting tiresome.

I do not care what the POTUS says, they do not either. If an American citizen feels compelled to help them with food and water it should not be illegal for them to do so. And as of the last court case it no longer is.

What insult? I told the truth. You do not care about the rights of those wanting to leave water because they feel it is their duty as Christians or those wanting to leave water as they feel it is their duty as human beings.

Continue and you can argue with the administrators about it. Last warning.

You want me to argue with the administrators about if American citizens should be allowed to leave water to help keep people from dying?

    That is a bit odd

No, Georgia’s new voting law is not a return to Jim Crow
". . . Even President Biden’s claim that the law bans voters from receiving water and food while waiting in line is false. The bill prevents electioneering under the guise of offering food and water, but it allows poll workers to provide self-service water to voters close to the polls and allows anyone to offer food and drinks more than 150 feet away from the polling location or more than 25 feet from people in line. It also requires polls where there is a wait of more than an hour to hire enough staff to reduce the waiting time. That will make it easier, not harder, for people to vote. . . . "

No. About whether it is insulting for you to assign motives to me. Just argue with what I say. Don't try to assign motives to me for what I say.

me either, but then again, where I live, I can go vote and be back home in 30 minutes, round trip

where ever there are long lines, the next election there should be mandatory increases in voting places or hours\days people can vote

republicans should not be able to make it harder for dem majority cities to vote, that should be a crime

Has it ever been a problem before? I never heard of Democrats not getting to vote on election day.

Republicans want it so there is few chances for fraud before election day and where we know the results the following day of election and not weeks later. 2020 election was a disaster and that included ballot drop boxes tossed in ditches and mail in voting causing many issues.

I 100% believe every whistle blower for the USPS and UPS and feel more needs to be done to make mail in voting better.

There is no doubt in my mind the Democrats cheated. I just hope everyone is watching in 2024.
