That's incorrect. Congress demanded she turn over her emails and she refused. They subpoena'd her and she was given 3 weeks to turn over the emails. She deleted all 33,000 of them and have some devices smashed with a hammer.

We will see. So far Congress and all involved in the investigation are pleased that she's fully complying. Much easier to investigate than Hillary who refused.

Congress didn't ask Hillary to turn over all of her emails. They asked her to turn over the emails pertaining to the Benghazi investigation. She refused. Do you remember why she was subpoena'd?

There's one MAJOR difference here. Ivanka is FULLY complying with everything asked of her. Hillary did not.

There is absolutely NO wrongdoing unless there is a violation of government laws regarding national security and the reception, transmission, and re-transmission of CLASSIFIED INFORMATION! Nobody but a blithering moron could possibly mistake, misconstrue, or confuse the use of a private email server with one on which CLASSIFIED INFORMATION has been left totally vulnerable because the person using the server mishandled CLASSIFIED INFORMATION.

He wrote that Trump's daughter's use of that email account while serving as an adviser to the president might "implicate the Presidential Records Act and other security and record-keeping requirements."

You may wish to ask him why he recognizes that it is his patriotic duty to pursue the matter.
