it’s clear what people of color want to do to oppress whites for simply being born. All of these people who advocate for this are people from the left. Race based laws and policies are all driven and designed to oppress whites. It’s disgusting and should be publicly shamed, not supported.

Yes, race baiting Faux does get a racist's panties in a wad, but did anyone actually read the article?
She points out as examples that the same study done 20 years apart showed no improvement in white racial preference in hiring. Also Asians were least likely to be promoted to a management position. To combat this the three things were, education to raise awareness of the issue, objectivity to make decisions less susceptible to subjective bias and accountability, in that employees need to be held accountable for the workplace environment.
    How disgusting.

No she points out the dominant culture as the problem. Although mind you, every other native countries culture is at a economic disadvantage to the so called dominant culture here.

Keep in mind a lot of the Asians in the country are immigrants, and their English language skills may not be the best.
To get promoted into the top levels of management you usually have to have good interpersonal skills, and the typical studious Asian is not known for that.
