That would be a certain subculture that, understandably, a lot of the rest of America doesn't particularly care for. Although whenever white people criticize it, they're called racists.

 

The problem with comparing rape statistics between countries is the cultural barriers to reporting rape that are more prominent in a lot of the Islamic World.

When you have a law system that punishes rape victims in addition to rapists, you're going to have a lower reported rape rate.
