Stock holders don't take billions in losses because someone was mean to the company.

Disney is its own government gifted to them by the State of Florida.
And you think Disney has a voice in what laws are approved by the states voters and legislation depending on what will or won't be accepted by Disney?
Disney doesn't get to decide or voice any opposing opinion in states affairs. They are a theme park, nothing more. They don't have a vote in states legislation and they damn sure have no rights to oppose and sue the state to change laws they don't like.

But I guess if you're of the opinion that Disney can force gay and trans sexuality issues on Florida's 5th graders, above the voters wishes then you will just have to live with the fact that it ain't happening.
