Judge McAfee has issued an order in the Georgia RICO trial. He hasn't yet decided whether to dismiss Fani and Wade from the case. However, he dismissed six charges from the indictment, claiming the prosecution didn't know how to do their job.

The dismissed charges are centered around the Solicitation and Violation of Oath by a Public Officer (the crux of what her prosecution is focused on). The charges didn't specify the violated oath, which is merely an example of them not knowing how to do their jobs. But the judge said this oversight wasn't enough to dismiss the charges.

The next issue is that the prosecution cites violations of the US and Georgia Constitutions without citing the provision within each Constitution they claim the defendants violated. As a reminder, some Democrat public officers violated the US Constitution by removing Trump from the primary ballot within their states. Surprisingly, no RICO charges were filed.

Citing the entire documents when there are hundreds of clauses within each, and you can devote and specialize an entire legal career to specializing in a single amendment, the judge has determined that the charges are too vague.

Some leftist insurrectionists on this forum have claimed Fani was "one smart cookie" when she released the indictments. This is clear evidence that neither Fani nor Wade is very bright. Even when doing her best work to prosecute a former president, she failed to document her charges properly. There were rumors that she rushed the grand jury, keeping them late at night, in order to flip the headlines away from the negative press Biden had received. This is potentially evidence that they rushed the process for political purposes. She was given one more attempt to properly charge the defendants before the charges are dismissed permanently.

Based on the recent motions to disqualify Fani's office, there are two ways to look at this order. Either the judge is planning to allow them to proceed and is buttoning up the charges to make them constitutional ahead of going to trial. Or he's cleaning up the charges before disqualifying her so the next prosecution team isn't handed illegal charges against the defendants.

You use the word illegal much too liberally. "As written, these six counts contain all the essential elements of the crimes but fail to allege sufficient detail regarding the nature of their commission." There is not even a hint of illegality in that sentence except to note the illegal nature of the alleged crimes.

Wonderful! So now we can agree that, when they do declare Trump guilty for the OTHER crimes, we all know that the judge is NOT a "Deep State" operative, right?

What the judge is saying, is there isn't specific evidence of a crime being committed:

"...fail to allege sufficient detail regarding the nature of their commission."

The prosecution described the crime, but didn't explain how the crime was committed.

But, Fani is one smart cookie. Eh?...lol

The damaging part is that these charges are the heart of the case.

More like we can just agree the counts mentioned in the OP were dropped. That doesn't say anything about the deep state operations, if anything, it could have been done on purpose for the very exact reason you just specified.

That decision is supposed to be announced Friday, but I think you're right. I believe this is a compromise so McAfee doesn't look biased.

So basically you're saying that MAGAs will praise the judge's honesty when he rules for your Orange Idol, and corrupt when he rules against.

I knew that. I just wanted to see if somebody would admit it. You did not disappoint.

    Anybody else?

And if McAfee dismisses the whole case, the *******s will demand he be prosecuted.

Before you say "nuh-uh!", you know damn well it's true.

I'm saying that is MY opinion. Please stop trying to group people, its annoying. I have no problem admitting that and have never hid it. Enough as happened for me to draw that opinion with 89.3% certainty

Be patient with them. They're pretty upset right about now.

The Georgia case was supposed to be the one. It's the case that was a guaranteed indictment, at the state level so Trump couldn't be pardoned and the prosecutor is a black woman to boot; one smart cookie, in fact.

Instead, this case has turned into a full blown clusterfuck, because the prosecutor(s) is incompetent.

They're feelings are hurting pretty bad.

Is this an olive branch so when he keeps Big Fani on? In reality not only is Big Fani and Wade both removed.... but the whole team which allowed it to happen and not squeal. I find it appalling up till now self recusal has not been an issue as appearance of impropriety and conflict of interest exist bigly.

The part that no one is addressing is that 35 of the counts were found to have a basis will proceed.

You mean they aren't happy about the 400 million bucks + the 90 for the "rape" where the victim can't even remember the day?

I would say 500 mil ripped out of the pockets of the man they hate is a "win" for them

Its never enough for these people is it?

So what's your point? Are you saying that ad "sufficient detail regarding the nature of commission"? If they can do that, then why DIDN'T they?

Oh, noooooo! They want Trump in jail. They lay awake at night, masturbating to the thought of Trump going to prison.

And they don't care what rules have to be broken to make that happen, then they'll call it "justice".

I can't speak for the *****s (whoever that is), but I solemnly swear I will NOT. Now... will YOU solemnly swear YOU will accept the results of the trial without hiding behind some Deep State Conspiracy excuse?

My post ends with "anybody else?" Did you not read it all the way through?

I bet that your opinion is the same opinion of every MAGA in this forum. But I leave the door open for somebody to deny it.
