Well you typed a lot of text that is densely conflating and simply inapplicable nonsense. As for comprehension, distraction out of context posts like the above quoted are simply disingenuous drivel or worse, a simply ignorant view of the case at hand. Regardless, either option is simply flailing nonsense and given the depth of the B/S posted, I don't consider it can be easily corrected or rectified.
My suggestion? Start over from the beginning and don't worry about the time spent...

In this case, the judge is doing her job by proactively protecting Trump's constitutional rights. It has nothing to do with making anything "appeal proof".

Every judge takes an oath to uphold the Constitution.

I don't totally agree. There have been some instances where FBI agents were found to be corrupt and convicted for their crimes. This isn't one of them, though.

None of the crimes mentioned in the warrant require that the documents in question be classified. Even if we bought Trump's bat **** insane excuse, it still doesn't matter.

Classified documents was the justification for the raid. The charges against him would apply to every exiting president as a natural course of their transition. If the search was illegal the evidence from the search is likely inadmissible. I know the far left hates to admit it, but even Trump has Constitutional rights.

None of the three criminal statutes mentioned in the warrant required that the documents be classified. Not one.

Lol, you need to have words with whoever told you that desperate lie. Unless what you meant to say was "Any other previous president would be subject to similar criminal statutes if they had engaged in the thievery that Trump did."

Good thing there's NO rational argument saying that the search was illegal.

I know the far Trumpism side hates to admit it, but there is no evidence that any of his Constitutional rights were violated.

His rights were already protected, the review team was doing its job and she even notes that.
This was done from an abundance of caution, so no person could say she did wrong. It has the happy effect of preventing an appeal based on no special master being appointed.

She can certainly do both, and if you don't get that judges do things to prevent appeals all the time by scratching the useless itch some party has, I can't really help you grasp it.

I think you need to refresh yourself with the facts of the case. First and foremost, it occurred under Trump's administration, especially under Sessions and Barr. Second, the case was that he lied to the FBI. Third, he plea bargained and pled guilty to the crime. In December 2020, Trump pardoned him because of his loyalty and nothing more.

The FBI did a lot to undermine the Trump administration during his administration. And the case started during the transition under Obama. You seem to have a profound lack of knowledge so let me help you out.

Obama blamed Russia for Hillary losing and kicked their embassadors out while Flynn was vacationing out of country before the Trump administration began. The Obama admin then spied on a telephone call where they called Flynn and he told them not to overreact and they'll look into when Trump is inaugurated. The FBI investigated the whole thing, found no issue whatsoever with it, and intended to close the case. But, then rogue agents realized they forgot to close the case and decided to F with him. They debated whether they wanted to try to get him fired or get him put in jail. They then called him back in for a follow-up interview explaining it was purely customary and he didn't need an attorney. They then read from the transcript (that they didn't provide him with) of the phone call they had spied on and asked him if that was correct. He said something to the effect of "if that's what it says, then yes." They closed the meeting. But they later informed him that they lied to him, the transcript didn't say what they claimed it did, and his affirmation that he said something he didn't say was a lie. They then charged him and told him to take a plea deal to get a slap on the wrist otherwise they'll go after his son like they did him. His attorneys advised him to take the probation, he'd probably have to resign, and he can move on with his life. But, the case got assigned to Judge Sullivan, who has the intellect of a brick, who took his guilty plea and said he wasn't going to go light on him, falsely claimed his behavior was treason and implied he was going to throw the book at him. Flynn then fired his attorneys and got new representation who managed to get the complete FBI record where it was shown that they set him up and it was all a rouse. So the lying to the FBI charge was dead in the water. But, Sullivan wanted to get Flynn on perjury for his initial guilty plea where he admitted guilt to get a plea deal. He then called up his buddy who wrote negative op ed articles about Flynn to try to prosecute the perjury case when the government dropped its case after evidence came out that it was a setup. It ultimately went back and forth and judges above Sullivan slapped his hand and told him to cut the crap. The defense appealed aspects of the trial and in rare form the panel above Sullivan took them up and agreed with his attorneys. I listened to the court audio of the Flynn trial in its entirety. You should probably expand your knowledge beyond Wikipedia.

Does not pass the pub test. If POTUS de-classifies a document, there MUST be a record of it. Otherwise how will anyone else know what the status of relevant documents are from time to time?

Got some links to these historical disputes between a former POTUS and Archives?

You conveniently left out the TWO separate occasions, before TWO separate Judges when Flynn confessed under oath to the offences.

If the FBI isn't doing anything wrong, they should welcome a special master. Their pushback indicates they're doing something wrong.

Any judge that tries to prevent a defendant's ability to appeal should be removed from the bench, immediately. Judges aren't supposed to take sides and the appeals process is a constitutional right.

I couldn't even get past the 2nd sentence of this nonsense without 2 clear falsehoods... God knows what's in the rest of that (cause I won't read it).

Bottom line, DFG Flynn turned out to be a complete nutjob. Obama warned T**** about him, but T**** had to find out on his own.... Bad move there...

Kash Patel said that he was with Trump when Trump declassified a "mountain" of documents then claimed that the people who were supposed to do the follow-up paper work, notification ,process etc refused to carry out Trump's order....LOL..

Looking forward to seeing what the DOJ comes up with on Patel and John Solomon.

I have a feeling they have strong evidence of Patel and/or Solomon illegally accessing the classified documents.
Remember, Trump wasn't president after Jan 20, 2021, so he couldn't authorize them to view classified material after that date.
Also, documents can't be declassified in bulk. And there is a process to go through, including changing the markings on the documents. This should be just common sense. There has been no proof of process offered by Trump, and certainly the FBI and the government isn't aware of any.
Just to head off the arguments at the pass, declassifying documents procedure is spelled out in EO 13526. It specifies that a President/vice President can classify any document themselves, but declassification has to go through a process. The EO also sets up a group specifically for this.
President/Vice President alone are not included in the process of declassification. And yes, presidents are subject to EO's

It was reported that on the first subpoenaed Mar a largo security footage it shows both Patel and Solomon seen removing boxes from the basement storage area.
It remains to be seen what else showed up on that footage and also the 2nd security footage that was more recently subpoenaed from mar a largo.
There's also the fingerprinting process that a few intelligence people on the media said the FBI will be carrying out on all the documents/papers.
    Thanks for the EO info.

The issue didn't start before Trump was inaugurated? You don't want to read the truth, that's on you. But, it seems like there's a severe lack of knowledge if you don't even know when the whole process began.

I also suspect that they have more than one witness to Trump showing off the documents. Somehow they knew where to look, and had enough reason to convince a judge to ok the search warrant. It's all redacted out, but if this ever goes to trial, it will come out.

I don't think you listened to it at all. For starters, Flynn performed an allocation on his plea deal and stated he would cooperate. It is pretty standard stuff there and nothing in that plea deal was eye opening. He basically admitted he lied to the FBI and that the Horowitz and Mueller investigations confirmed that. The plea deal with Flynn's choice, on the advice of his council and got a pretty sweet deal. If it went to trial, then maybe you would have an argument, but it was a plea deal. No arm twisting, no threats, no nothing. And that happens all the time in the justice area.

the FBI was doing its job and the IG was something that Trump wanted. Those investigations were the ones that brought Flynn in. It was not the FBI, it was Mueller and Horowitz who recommended the charges to the DOJ, not the FBI. All the FBI did was interview him and they will interview anyone and everyone relevant to the case. They were not even recommending charges, to begin with.

Stolen documents and not being stored under authorized security was the justification for the search warrant.
    End of story.

Sorry, I meant the falsehoods started in the LONG never-ending paragraph.... Go with Sentence #5 then...

The Obama admin didn't "spy on a telephone call".... Sounds like you are the one who needs to get up to speed on every administrations' routine monitoring of Russian telephone calls in the USA... guarantee you T**** continued those efforts..

Go ahead... attack the legal information gathering instead of the illegal/unethical activity it exposed.... we're used to it...

The NARA asked Trump to return to them all Presidential Records, which is government property, even before he left office, then again beginning in May 2021.

It had everything to do with Trump having and not returning these documents for 1,5 yrs and not storing them according to supervised security.

    But it's those meaning Democrats..:roflol:
