    I like carrot cake but it's very misleading.Most if not all carrot cake are very
    rich and fattening.Plus the cheap ones have really bad frosting.In fact I just as soon
    scrape off the frosting.But them cakes are full of fatty calories.
    I think I'd like one made by a guy like Bobby Flay { he just did one last week }.

    Actually---I never crave Carrot Cake--but once I start I can keep going.

    I have a feeling carrot cake will be off your menu for a while.

    carrot cake FTW !!!!

    With a nice cream cheese frosting with walnuts on top. A cup of strong black coffee and it's as close to heaven as one can get.

    Just buy the cake mix, make sure it's the one that does not require butter. The ones made with vegetable oil are nearly not as rich...
    Buy your own frosting, there are plenty of good ones. Vanilla will do it...

    I love carrot cake, but I don't eat cake anymore (or frosting) so it will not be a problem.

    OK, I did eat some pineapple upside down cake that someone made for my birthday but that was a special occasion.

    Always good to have.

    I want to say it's pumpkin bread, for a week last year was all I had for breakfeast. It was awesome. Add some butter, made it taste great.

    Just drink some ginger ale and you'll be all right. Drink the stuff that uses real ginger in it.
