    Barr is said to be acting like the president's personal attorney. This is evidence that he is doing just that. Barr is going after the FBI because Trump wants revenge because the truth about Russian interference was eclipsed by Mueller.

    This is nothing but abuse of power by Trump and very likely a criminal act by Barr to falsely accuse an American agency of a crime by abusing his power as an AG. The AG needs to petform his job as the AG of America not the fixer, liar, or toady of any president.

    No, it's evidence that there were crimes committed by the corrupt Obama DOJ. It was the Dems that falsely accused the President of a conspiracy with Russia that has lead to this.

    The noose is getting tight...the Dems are in full panic mode...

    Well let us all see how this plays out. You are naïve if you think that this inquiry becoming a criminal investigation isn't a big deal. Durham now has subpoena power as well as the authority to take evidence to a Grand Jury. This very well could be a game changer.

    I suppose us lefties could cry out, 'Witch Hunt', 'Total Hoax', 'Fake News' on a daily basis through this process. But I think it's best just to wait it out and see what comes in the end.

    One would think a better question would be what could go right! This is an opportunity for the facts regarding the FISA issue to be brought to the surface. I have no doubt that Durham's criminal investigation is going to be very interesting indeed. When and IF Schiffs inquiry ever leads to an actual vote, and a true investigation starts I will pay attention to that mess.

    The opening of an investigation doesn't equal evidence. Accusation doesn't equal conviction. People thought that candidate Trump or his organization may have conspired with the Russians during the election. There was an investigation and no definitive proof was found. As has been said, go ahead and investigate. If substantial proof is found then hold a trial. If anyone is convicted then let them be punished.

    I'll play. The implications are that John Durham can now subpoena witnesses and documents, impanel a grand jury and file criminal charges. Excellent news for all who thought that equal justice under the law was dead.
