Must be why you keep responding with nonsense. You don’t appear to respond to the post at all but something in your fevered imagination.
You recall the Democrats smear of Reagan. I recall the words of his presidential doctor who disputed all those claims that Reagan was then showing signs of Alzheimer's.
McCain first angered me when he attacked GW Bush during the run for the presidency. Later he admitted his error and later was a lot better with Bush. But he was not some full bore Republican as some left wing posters want you to think. I agree with what you say.
The fact you defend McCain shows your natural proclivity. Do not think your support for him goes unnoticed.
A lifelong friend of mine has pancreatic cancer. While his doctors keep treating him, I believe he and his wife are losing hope that he will survive much longer. Though he cashed out of his transmission businesses, his real estate holdings provide a very large income. So his wife will not suffer over money. But the way he talked to me not 2 weeks ago, i sense the end is closing in. And he is a few months older then me at 80. We all must fact one major fact. Our bodies end up worn out. She is 85 and has to really have super doctors to keep living. You can't send her mind to court. And the reason for the Supreme Court is so plaintiffs have a place to plead cases.
Are you referring to Merrick Garland? If so, I have previously indicated--in another forum, at least--that it is reasonably arguable that Judge Garland should have been given a hearing. But why would you believe that two wrongs equate to one right? Note: I simply despise--and I do mean despise--hardball, tit-for-tat politics. And that is probably a vast understatement.
