    Yes, Aleks, Conservatives are different.

Consider: When was the last time you heard anybody on the Right suggest that we should start a ONE HUNDRED BILLION DOLLAR PROGRAM to put WHITE people in houses...?! Do you on the Left even begin to realize how this kind of Black-preference pandering makes all of you look?! And the worst part is, most of you think it's justified and are PROUD of it! No wonder everybody in this country has come to the point where we hate each other....

In 2016, after mentioning she carries hot sauce in her purse Hillary was asked if she was pandering to black people.

Her answer was the most cringe worthy ever... "Is it working?"

Wasn't racist lending practices one of the major causes of the last recession? Anyway, can't see how this could pass a legal challenge seeing how racist it is...

That's because you folks want to buy their votes with our money. Nothing is free unless you aren't the one paying, but it doesn't take long until everyone is broke and everyone has nothing...

You aren't supposed to think about this critically.

This is the bizarre courting dance democrats do with each other.

They expect everyone else to pay for this dance, that's the problem...

Expecting others to pay is a central tenet of the democrat party.

    Tuckers got a point...

Being prolife is one thing but most people that are ‘prolife’ are not actually prolife, they are probirth. They don’t really care what happens to the child after it is born.

The issue is people disagree where life begins or rather when that life becomes a person — some believe personhood starts as conception due to the idea of a soul, others are more extreme and want to ban contraceptives all together (this group typically are part of the no abortion for any reason including rape and deformities). Since a soul has never been proven this is a difficult metric to use.

Most people are a mix of prolife and prochoice which is the most reasonable position.

I have American citizenship by birth and Scottish citizenship by descent.

And no, I’m not “cleaning things out” — I just have alternatives

I am not saying it has vanished, I have said numerous times we need to institute policy that will cause it to vanish on an institutional level.

Do you think forcing the taxpayers to give some arbitrary about to an entire group regardless of their actual suffering will end racism? Or will it make it worse?

So you feel they should receive reparations on top of being cured of financial harm of these incidents?

Didn’t we already address the farmers in Pigford v. Glickman and Pigford II? A two to four billion dollar settlement which had more than it’s fare share of fraud...

You want more of this? No, not only no — but hell no.

We need police reform — does just throwing taxpayer money at blacks cause that?

Banks who paid 100's of millions of fines -each- for the apartheid policies they made, those are plenty around.
Do note, they only got sued for a couple of years of discrimination, not for decades.

Not possible since there is free speech. What counts is hitting people where it hurts: and that is coughing up money.

There is nothing arbitrary if there was widespread discrimination.
There was. Even when the Jim Crow laws were removed,.. there still was.
Banks were paid 100's of millions of bucks for just a couple of years apartheid policies.

Giving people money doesn't overturn a bankruptcy, the loss of the company and the sale of their lands.

So people who have been discriminated for decades, and get some money for being discriminated for 5 years.... that's not overturning the decades of loss of income. The chances their children who missed going to college etc. It's ones and again a way how Arians and Jews get to push black people to the bottom of the social economic ladder. They aint send to jail. And they pay for something like 1/10th of the time they had their policies in place. I hear them mock black people already... why they poor? Seems they don't work hard. Typical.

Having financial and the judicial institution discriminate black people for decades on end, to than claim there is no white privilege... those are the lies the GOP goes with in order to not admit that their is a price to pay for injustice.

This is a racist scam, not an actual policy plan.

Harris is leading her supporters on.

your still defending this judges racist actions

the 3 year old was afraid of black people cause they broke into his home and scared him.. that is not the child's fault, that is the black preps fault

the judge should of been upset at the perp for causing this fear in the child, not upset at the child for having that fear

it upsets me to see either race defend the racist actions of their own race, open your eyes, pretend the judge was white, the victim was black and the perps where white.... then sure you woudl see how racist this is

He's upset on both. It is something people are able to do with an average IQ. While you show you're not capable to understand the judges reason of the hypothetical situation where a white perp did this, and the kid probably not being scared of white people.

A racist scam, unfolded by a company over all it's locations.... is a policy. And that's what plenty of banks have done. That the US justice department has institutionalized racism, is not a policy, is of no excuse to not pay the victims who have been wronged.

nope, he gave the perp a handslap and attacked the victims in court, that was obviously acting racist... sad you can't see that

it sounds like the whites that defend white on black racism - guess we just have to agree to disagree
