    The letter may or may not be racist, but it smacks of the same kind of cowardly anonymous letters designed to intimidate which were sent to black families decades ago when they dared move into white neighborhoods.

    At BEST, it's arrogant, ignorant, entitled and insensitive.

    Blue Lives Matter window decoration fine as well.

    These cowards were trying to intimidate, and dictate to a homeowner how she could decorate her window, and that's not cool.

    Repugnant.

    Some excellent comments - as always - but I can't even begin to imagine the arrogance on the part of the letter writers.

    And they're not even invested in the community - they're LEAVING.

    They can take a flying leap.

    Just trying to give this some perspective. The damage Leftists do to those on the Right is 1000x more plentiful than the other way around. Countless examples of Conservative symbols defaced. Republicans have been on the receiving end of violence for their views far more than the other way around. And often these racist attacks are false flags which makes it even worse. Like this one. There is NOTHING racist about being concerned over political signs effecting property values. And your ability to freely speak your mind with a sign is no more valid than your neighbors expressing theirs. Since BLM stands for hate against police, the nuclear family and the lie of systemic racism, I vote for neighbors protecting their neighborhood from those willing to compromise it.

    I see that now. Unfortunately headline writers often fail to read the article. I don't place much faith in them. Hopefully the newspaper changes the title.

    Thankfully, race isn't an issue today. No one is kneeling because of race, or rioting, or demanding reparations.

    And your comment about race thread after race thread is just a cop out. You guys can't deal with it when your pals go astray. But when Starbucks locks a bathroom...

    There is no evidence that it was the neighbors who wrote the letter. It could have been any bigoted racist like Donald Trump and his ilk, judging by the spelling.

    I often start threads on the hot topic of the day. I started threads on the kneeling, men taking over women's sports, boys in girls bathrooms, etc. And the left's typical response is to imply that I'm a hater of the people who kneel, men in women's sports, boys in girl's bathrooms, etc. I guess that's what the left does when when they know they have no valid argument.
