On a UK top radio station, they are discussing the language used by President Trump in reference to the death of Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi ... Trump said: "He died like a dog". The radio station is implying this tone of language is not nice, not acceptable. Did he die ,,, "like a dog"??
He does not play the game by the rules and it's driving the left insane, I'm loving it. A terrorist deserves nothing but a slug and his rotten corpse, spat upon. Look how they are so "concerned" about a "proper" Islamic burial. Who gives a damn (the leftness) Did the 9/11 hijackers bury the victims? Yeah, under mega tons of rubble. I wish I could personally, piss on the remains.
Perfectly fine with me. This is the guy who burned people in cages. If they tortured him to death on a rekt thread it'd be no more than he deserved
Anyone who thinks the issue here is Trump's language has lost any meaningful concept of what is important in this world. On other occasions in other contexts it is worth discussing. Not on this occasion or in this context. This is about an evil man dying, and murdering his children in the process. Language is irrelevant.
I suppose they hate Trump so much that everything he do is unbearable. Al-Baghdadi led an organization who caused genocide and slavery, effectively, I doubt he deserve we speak "nicely" of him.
Trump is coarse and vulgar and given to loud outbursts of foul language.... none of which are a sign of self control or intelligence.
Is Trump the president of ALL Americans? He says "we" a lot.. Is that Trump and the military, or Trump and the hard right, or what? Adults say I when they are accountable. He's a loser and dumb as a post.
There is a difference between being educated and smart. Also, some refined people are quite impulsive on other things. Clearly, Trump isn't extremly cultured, but he is extremly smart. I may agree he is impulsive also, but Trump know to use that image of an impulsive/dumb man against his political opponents. That's one of his strength, he manage his opponents to underestimate him.
No.. He's neither smart nor well educated.. He hasn't read anything but Hitler's speeches since high school.
I genuinely don't have a clue as to the point of this post. You don't like Trump. Yay for you. I don't like him either, but my moral compass is sufficiently intact to understand that the only story that matters on this occasion is the death of Baghdadi. If you choose not to see that for whatever reason then that is on you.
Do you mean this thread? from Margot 2 or my post? For clarification... my post is to do with the pathetic drift from what really matters i/e that the great Mr Trump has presided over the demise of a criminal, murdering, coward ...Baghdadi.
I was referring to the post I quoted. That is generally how quoting works. We are in furious agreement, as my first post makes pretty clear.
Have any of you ever played sports? I did. And you never give your opponent bulletin board material. That's weak and it's stupid Those quotes will be on the internet recruiting MORE ISIS fighters
The deed was much more important than the words that made the announcement. However Baghdadi lived like a dog, killed innocents like a mad dog, and he died like a mad dog. Trump nailed it.
He should have been chopped up alive. Western world should have preserved some medieval torture methods.
yes, he is everyone's president!!! get over it already, geeze... whining, nagging, negativity has never solved anything
Trump will never pass up a great opportunity for self-aggrandizement. Obama's announcement after we killed bin Laden was nine minutes. Trump went on for forty-eight minutes spiking the ball. NEVER a wise move when dealing with a geographically scattered terrorist opponent. You can't kill an idea. Trump couldn't resist huffing and puffing about normally secret details of the raid -- where launched, flight paths, assets deployed and on and on. Today's opinions by military leadership has been negative. And, what is all this elevation of Russia as a key player in all this? Again and again it was Russia, Russia, Russia. The Kurds, that did play a significant role in intelligence sharing were discounted. This was an eminently successful raid by the United States, not Russia and its ally Turkey. Trump's language was that of a juvenile, not a president of the United States. In his inspired press conference, he couldn't resist trashing our European allies. If Trump had limited his remarks to nine minutes and left the stage, all would be well with the world. Now Trump's betrayal of our ally the Kurds, the verification that the United States is in the Mideast for the oil, and a successful raid against ISIS have become intermingled and confusing. The military accomplished much, Trump made a gutsy move that worked, his unilateral decision to keep Congressional leaders in the dark, and bloviating forty-eight minute blast made Trump the topic again.
I find it completely understandable for a man - Trump - voted to President by the people, despite the arrogance of Killary Clinton and her supporters thinking they would walk into the White House, to huff and puff. The man done well. He knocked crooked Clinton off her perch. The psycho old battleaxe should disappear by whatever means necessary to keep her away from any public office.
