    I wish people would get the facts right. Its self defense there is no such thing as a stand your ground law. All stand your ground initiatives do is change the wording of the statute and remove the requirement to flee and replace ti with imminent threat.

    The irony here is that the stand your ground concept doesn't even apply here as Zimmerman had no ability to flee when he chose to use deadly force.

    I have heard this differently and remain quite unsure if the jury will have more than one option. State issue, who's competent to answer?

    Of course, these charges should be dropped. Hopefully, the judge drop kicks this case out of his courtroom at exam. It is a farce.

    That Martin fight club video isn't going to help the prosecutions case at all. If they stick to the 2nd Degree charge, I think he'll walk.
