In summary, the DNC had been working since May of 2015 to "utilize reporters to drive a [pro Clinton/anti Sanders] message"; and also to "muddy the waters around ethics, transparency, and campaign finance attacks on HRC [Hillary Rodham Clinton]."

    Shocking huh? *Sarcasm*

:evil:The thread should be titled, The DNC "attempted" to Collude with Media to Push Clinton Nomination. Most media coverage was of Donald Trump, and Bernie Sanders probably came in second. The DNC may have had a plan to co-opt the media, but if it did, it obviously didn't work well. Trump was (and still is) in the media spotlight.

    This is a ridiculous assertion.

Of course the parties message for their causes and candidates.

Karl Rove developed an elaborate strategy to try and drive the Democratic nomination process and pick who George W Bush was going to run against.

All this amounts to is a right wing blog parroting the content an opposition research outfit posing as a hacker.

    More on that here:

It's no secret that the Russians would prefer to have Trump in the White House. Putin will make short work of him, and his divisive nature will drive a wedge between the US and the Western Alliance that would make the damage done by George W Bush, Cheney and John Bolton look like a kumbaya party.

Odd that right wingers have, of late, developed such a passion for Russian propoganda.
