But their emails: Seven members of Trump’s team have used unofficial communication tools

...On Thursday, the Wall Street Journal reported that Trump’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner, and daughter Ivanka Trump, both advisers to the president, had used either personal email accounts or the messaging application WhatsApp to conduct official business, according to information from the House Oversight Committee. The latter is particularly problematic because messages are encrypted between users, meaning that unless Kushner and Ivanka Trump stored copies of their messages or the recipients turned the messages over to the government, there’s no way to record what was said.

‘He never stopped ripping things up’: Inside Trump’s relentless document destruction habits
Trump’s shredding of paper in the White House was far more widespread and indiscriminate than previously known and — despite multiple admonishments — extended throughout his presidency

...Interviews with 11 former Trump staffers, associates and others familiar with the habit reveal that Trump’s shredding of paper was far more widespread and indiscriminate than previously known and — despite multiple admonishments — extended throughout his presidency, resulting in special practices to deal with the torn fragments. Most of these people spoke on the condition of anonymity to share candid details of a problematic practice.

The ripping was so relentless that Trump’s team implemented protocols to try to ensure that he was abiding by the Presidential Records Act. Typically, aides from either the Office of the Staff Secretary or the Oval Office Operations team would come in behind Trump to retrieve the piles of torn paper he left in his wake, according to one person familiar with the routine. Then, staffers from the White House Office of Records Management were generally responsible for jigsawing the documents back together, using clear tape.

Meet the guys who tape Trump's papers back together

Solomon Lartey spent the first five months of the Trump administration working in the Old Executive Office Building, standing over a desk with scraps of paper spread out in front of him.

Trump said he declassified ALL the documents. "I declassified EVERYTHING." Since he didn't specifically state which ones, we must assume he meant ALL the documents. So
according to Trump- there are no classified documents anywhere. Prove me wrong.

You do realize that presidential libraries are not run by the former presidents themselves, but are run by the National Archive.... right?

From my post #31.... the burden of proof is on you...

Actual classified documents is not what THEY are talking about.... You need to wrap your liberal mind around this simple fact... they are talking about..
MARKED classified..... go back through your fake news sites and any court documents.... Words have meanings.... this is the little wordy word game we will be playing for a long time....

As former DNI Ratcliffe told Maria Bartiromo .... I saw thousands of Russia gate documents marked top-secret that shouldn’t have been.

Actually, it's the National Archive that is saying it....

    https://www.archives.gov/press/press-releases/2022/nr22-001

That Hoffman Estate you keep referring to is leased to the National Archive... in fact, the very link that you yourself provided in post #8 states that the Hoffman Estate is leased to the National Archive

    -> https://archive.ph/ZOLcv <-

"Village board members unanimously approved an extension to the special-use permit that enables landlord Hoffman Estates Medical Development LLC to lease the 74,200-square-foot former Plunkett Furniture store at 2500 W. Golf Road to the National Archives and Records Administration through Dec. 31, 2026"

This isn't theoretical.. you are wrong.. The documents are not being kept from the National Archive, they are literally being kept at the Hoffman Estate by the National Archive. They've even put out a statement that all the Obama administration documents are in their possession

That's not according to me.. that is according to the National Archive themselves

Trump should simply change his last name to Obama, Trump or Biden, then he could get away with anything.
