Loaded gun found in North Carolina had fingerprints matching victim

Doing what as my comment was a reply to our far far right lady claiming that you would need to be a person with a tin hat on to think that the nation crime labs sometime fake evidence.

As far as placing a gun in the guy dead hand of course that is just a possible that damn well need to be look into.

 

Because that is how many people are involved in investigating such matters and what evidence do you have that they would have planted such a gun

The man is dead so you do not need to defend him and no cop had been charge up to this moment.

Now the police should trace this gun to find out if it was indeed a gun that the man had in his hand when he got out of his car or a throw away place there by a cop.

To me the odds seems 50/50 at this point.

 

We can rule it out because we are critical thinking normal and rational people.

The guy was lucky because he caught the thug on camera or else he would be in prison today. So in the case where the thug cop murdered the guy in cold blood it was easy for them to plant the gun. They were going to use it as evidence against the other guy they were supposedly looking for.

 

I never claim that a throw away gun is even likely just that the damn gun need to be trace back to made sure it was his gun and not a cop throw away gun.

My gut feeling is the odds are 50/50 but that is just my feeling in the matter.

You have no evidence that any cops in this specific case would do that or did do it.

How and why can we rule out the gun being a throw away gun had it been trace back to the guy or are you going by the fingerprints that could had been place on the weapon after they killed him.

 

Cops are crooks, liars, and thieves. You can bet that when they murder someone they will plant evidence against their victim.

Cops like all of us are human and therefore until more information come out we can not judge what had occur.

The fact that the videos had not yet been release is not a good sign however as I sure if not one else would do so the news networks would do the enchanting to the point that the gun or book question could be settle.

Please explain the motive for shooting a random black dude sitting in a car that they didn't even know was there until they came across him.

 

Why would they lie about this any way? He doesn't even need to have a gun. They can just kill him and say he was a threat.

 

LOL I am sure that once the state stop sitting on the evidence there will be plenty of proof that it was a good shooting or not a good shooting.

Until that point all we have to go on is our feelings and our logic.

Given that all they/government would need to do is to release those videos to likely settle this matter and that they are not doing so tend to tilt it against the cops being innocent of a bad shooting and a cover up.

 

Well, I think it's a sad situation that there's so much strife, anger, and distrust in all segments of our society. If things don't improve the country might disintegrate. People have to have a meaningful stake in it or else they won't support it. Once people stop caring then it's all over. As bad as the anger might be it shows that people still have hope that things will get better. Once they lose hope the anger will evaporate and no one will care what happens. What will the billionaires and politicians do then?

In order to get trust you have to act in a straight forward and honest manner and sitting on evidences does not increase the trust level of the people and rightly so.

 

The entire episode takes place in open public view and the wife was even recording it and standing their and witnessing the entire event. How would they have even planted one even if they thought they could get away with it knowing their are witnesses and they more than likely being recorded?

 

You know if would be nice if the president have the FBI/Justice department seize those tapes and released them to the public letting the chips fall as it may or at least threatening to do so if the tapes are not release.

Interesting points now explain why the hell the tapes are not being released if it was a straight forward and good shooting.

 

His wife witnessed the whole thing, so did others. It was in WIDE OPEN public view, how did they plant the weapon and no one say them drop it? Why would the even attempt to do so knowing how EVERYTHING is being recorded these days and on social media within hours.

 

Which witnesses saw this taking place? It's not in the wife's video and you can see the gun on the ground. It is quite clear he had a gun in his hand before the shots are fire. The police are within 20 feet of him yelling for him to DROP THE GUN. If the one gun is a drop then where is the one that WAS IN HIS HAND?

 

How do you trace it back to him? He was a felon it was unlawful for him to have it do you think he registered it with the police or something.
