    There is absolutely zero evidence that streamed opinions given from a public space near a courthouse will somehow magically
    ensure a trial will become unjust.

    You might as well claim any opinions about the trial of rape gangs in the UK at all will threaten the fairness of that trial and shut down ALL free speech in order to be consistent with regard to authoritarian laws and do away with "free speech" altogether.

    Nonsense. There is still a commitment to fair trials in the English criminal justice system. The right to a fair trial outweighs the so-called free speech of people to jeopardise that right. Yaxley-Lennon knew he what he was doing was in contempt of court.

    Yes, exactly. Nonsense! The right to stand on public ground and stream commentary about an upcoming trial or other commentary has never jeopardized the outcome of a trial in America.
    To pretend what Robinson did could influence the outcome of the trial of Pakistani rape gangs (it did not) is absurd and it's never stopped the BBC or big UK newspapers from wall to wall coverage of trials of great public interest.
