    “We believe that any form of homosexuality, lesbianism, bisexuality, transgender identity/lifestyle, self-identification, bestiality, incest, fornication, adultery and pornography are sinful in the sight of God and the church (Genesis 2:24; Leviticus 18:1-30; Romans 1:26-29; I Corinthians 5:1; I Corinthians 6:9; I Thessalonians 4:2-7),” he added. “Students who are found participating in these lifestyles will be asked to leave the school immediately.”

    Look, this is a Christian school. A school that was built, designed and run by those who are followers of Jesus Christ. The Bible clearly teaches these lifestyles are sinful. No one is forcing anyone to attend this school, thus the school can teach whatever it wants…

    The point of a Christian school is for its staff to teach according to the beliefs of the denomination operating the school and for the students to be raised in the same beliefs. It is ridiculous that the fascist thugs that are the LGBTQ political movement thinks it should have a say in what Christians believe. That they can’t accept that acted upon temptations and feelings have no place I such an environment.

    It is true that there is no such thing as tolerance for a diversity of ideas and beliefs if said ideas and beliefs stray away from secular progressive dogma.

    Highly unlikely it says anything in the book of Genesis, about "non-binary, gender fluid acts of conduct," or elective sex reassignment (surgery)-- unless that was evidence of ancient extraterrestrial, technological influence, among our early ancestors, which was excerpted, to hide the truth from us all.

    Where is the the "horrifying" part-- of what happened to the head of the Christian School? As this was part of your thread title, don't you think the honest thing to do-- the thing that Jesus would want you to do-- would be to at least touch upon that, in your OP?

    According to the bible, isn't the all-loving and forgiving God supposed to love LGBQT people too? If yes, why is it that religious nuts think they can decide in the name of God who they can exclude? I think the only thing they are excluding is themselves going to heaven, by not loving thy neighbor.

    One can love the sinner and hate the sin. How many other sins unrepented of and continued on a regular basis without effort to change should a community of believers have to accept in their midst continuing to defy that which the community was designed to avoid. What’s the point of having a moral code and a belief system if people are allowed to remain who openly flout it?

    Well, that is how this Christian school operates but that isn't even true of all Christian schools and obviously isn't true of schools in general. Do you think schools which do choose to be accommodating and accepting to LGBT students and staff should be free to do so without criticism too? Because that clearly isn't what happens, like the recent stories about banning whole lists of books from schools, often because they reference LGBT topics.

    There is no question about "acting on their temptations" here at all. This isn't a rule against sexual acts in the school (most schools will obviously have that regardless), it is a rule against being any of these things. It is essentially a thought crime. To put it in a way you might connect to you more, it could be compared to banning people for simply being Christian. Would you happily accept a school doing that?

    It should be noted that threats and violence are unconditionally indefensible in any context, but that can happen to LGBT supporters as much as LGBT opponents. I'd hope you'd condemn that unconditionally too, regardless of who is doing it and who the targets are.

    I'm not religious in the traditional ways, more of a believer that nature is the higher power. That said-

    You don't have to brutalize those whose conduct conflict with your values- but you are a fool if you think that seeing them as people means adopting their values, or thinking you can bring them into your circle without endangering the quality of life there. Nature maintains a separation in most species and variables within species will still result in separate communities. This is part of the reason nature has millions of species that all thrive, despite vast difference in size, power, lifestyle. They all get along together- by maintaining communities of similar values. You don't bring caustic elements into your personal world out of goodwill, because it's destructive to both.

    The notions of things like the "benefits" of diversity have literally displaced common sense and logic. There are orders in all things, meaning certain things come first, others follow. In a position of leadership or management, The first qualifier is ability, followed by meritocracy. You don't put a person in a responsible position because you need their color to balance other colors or because you fear criticism if you don't-
    You ignore those things and look for the most capable, regardless or color or other factors unrelated to the ability to perform. The quality of our society, the quality of your community or family- is not served by doing anything less.

    Jesus did not encourage His Church to openly accept members within the body of the church who were openly committing sin and were totally unrepentant of said sin no matter which one while openly living in such sin in the community of believers. One can live the sinner and detest their sin and try to persuade them to follow the beliefs of the community. If they refuse and continue living in that sin, excommunication and separation is the correct choice.

    time and time again people who claim to be Christians worship a god who coincidentally has the SAME beliefs as they do, i dont believe GOD cares one way or another about ones sexuality but does care how we love and tolerate each of his creations (other humans)

    Unfortunately for you, I am not clueless, about the Bible (particularly the New Testament). So, your first "misstatement," let's call it, is that there was a "church," that existed during Jesus' lifetime. But nor am I aware of Jesus opining on who should or should not be "accepted" within the Jewish community/by their temple. Could you offer any Book- Chapter- Verse citation, to back up your first sentence, above?

    Another problem with your statement, is that it assumes that acting in any gender-fluid manner, as in a man's using makeup, or wearing a dress, is something which Jesus condemned as a
    "sin," which he never did. In fact, the whole of your reply, seems loosely based on only the story of the adulteress, about whom Jesus said, Let (he) without sin, cast the first stone. That story ends with Jesus asking, did no one condemn you? Nor do I condemn you. He then tells her to avoid this sin, in the future. So you are doing a hell of a lot of extrapolation, if that is your source, to come up with what you wrote, in reply to me.

    More likely, you are confusing something written in one of Paul's letters, with anything that Jesus ever said, or "encouraged." You should take more care, not to repeat this mistake, in the future.

    People shouldn't make threats against other people.

    People make threats against people every day, for all sorts of reasons.

    This article is so overdramatic. The people involved are being drama queens for attention. It will just lead to more threats.

    I don't see anything in your quotes that takes the power of judgement away from God and gives it to you. In all your examples he is giving you examples of living your life, not giving examples of you living someone else's life.

    God does care about how we act among and with each other. That is why he inspired the words written that condemn certain sexual acts as an abomination in His sight. Jesus leveled Sodom and Gomorrah after promising Abraham that he would spare the cities if as few as 10 God loving good persons resided there. There were none as it turned out.
