Bottom-line is Trump took property that didn’t belong to him, refused to give it back, and is now complaining that the rightful owners took their property back.

The unanswered question, why did he take it? It’s the only relevant question and only he can answer it.

It's CONSTITUTIONAL not by statue. Congress cannot pass a law limiting the Presidents constitutional plenary power to declassify information. He is Commander in Chief and has sole discretion. Go educate yourself on how my government works and our constitution.

Oh! In other words a magic wand!!

It still does not matter because that information still does not belong to him. Those records belong to the American people and he could not take it without permission from those tasked with oversight.

If your statement was correct, then Trump would have been convicted in one of the Impeachment trials against him or he would be in jail from a now almost two year witch hunt from Pelosi and the nut bags in congress. Alas, none of that has happened so it truly is a witch hunt that has been going on for six years.

Your statement is opinion and the liberal lame-stream media disagrees with you. Their focus is document classifications. Witch hunt!

If Republicans had any regard to maintaining accountability with their politicians, Trump would have been impeached.

And this is where America is today. Two worthless candidates to choose from in 2020.

Impeachment does not involve courts. He was impeached twice, but the GOP controlled Senate did not vote to remove him from office. Pure partisanism, IMO.

Mueller wimped out on actually stating, in his report, that Trump was indictable on several counts of obstruction (although he did try to convey that in testimony after the report was released), and Billy the Bag Man did the rest.

While he remained in office, the wheels of justice rolled on past him. Since he left office, the Justice Department is free to look into any of that for which the statute of limitations has not run out.

I understand the disdain for Biden, but he isn't going to court.
