The family and I love Jerky

1- London broil.....5-8 lbs (Have Butcher slice it for jerky about 1/8 of a inch thick)
1- 12 oz bottle of hot wing sauce
    3 oz of Worcestershire sauce
    4 oz of Teriyaki Sauce
3 oz of A1 Steak Sauce
    1/2 cup of water

Mix meat and all ingredients in a large bowl and place in the fridge over night.

Place strips of the meat in the dehydrator and set temp to 125- 135 degrees. It takes about 8 hours to complete but please check it from time to time. Rotate rack about every 2-3 hours.

It is spicy but not so much that you need a beer with each piece. I recommend Fat Tire or Hefe-Weisse.
