OKALOOSA COUNTY, Fla. — A Florida man was arrested Saturday after trying to outrun Okaloosa County deputies by putting his lawnmower into high gear. Dusty Mobley, 40, is charged with grand theft, grand theft of a vehicle, felony criminal mischief, two counts of resisting an officer, possession of a concealed weapon by a felon, carrying a concealed handcuff key, possession of drug paraphernalia, as well as other felony charges after a warrant was served for his arrest Saturday at 9:30 a.m. at a home on Pasco Broxson Circle. According to the Oklaloosa County Sheriff's Office, Mobley had previously fled deputies in Holt back on Jan. 3 by diving into a swamp along the Yellow River, after he was confronted about a $40,000 stolen boat... During Friday's chase, deputies were able to successfully tase Mobley while he attempted to make his getaway on the lawnmower....
Those zero turn mowers are actually pretty quick for a mower! In before....." If he was black they would have shot him "
I don't believe it said anything about him having fired a gun at the pursuing officers.... Care to try again?
Floriduh man! He was armed, he resisted, he was fleeing, he just wasn't black so he was perfectly safe.
It says possession of a concealed weapon. This means they found it when they arrested him not after he shot at them. But just keep on looking for victims I'm sure you can find them anywhere you look in the right color
Think I heard somewhere that old country singer George Jones got arrested for a DUI on a lawnmower while on the way to get himself some more booze.
