"Black female offenders and Other Race female offenders also received shorter sentences than White male offenders during the Post-Report period, at 29.7 percent and 35.4 percent shorter respectively."

Oops, is that irrefutable proof they are NOT racists? Obviously it is irrefutable proof they are not racists if giving Blacks shorter sentences than Whites, which they are.

I once searched for hours for the first two victims of a serial killer, the problem was they weren't listed as murders, they were listed as manslaughter; the "liberals" gave the murderer manslaughter if he would tell where the little girl was buried.

If a report specifically calls out a specific judge, for disparate sentencing based upon race, you can say the judge is a racist. I would support you 100% in getting rid of the judge.

If the statistics is spread out over different districts, with different judges, the report has to take into account the difference between districts with regard to whether they are "liberal" are not. If the data collection does not take into account the difference between districts, subject A gets big sentence, subject B gets light sentence, but if they got those sentences under different judges in different districts, the conclusion is meaningless with regard to whether subject A was discriminated against.

I seriously doubt the FBI collects data on "liberal" judges and district attorneys. When they do the reports can be more accurate. Until then I am left with the fact of that report that Blacks get 29.7 percent shorter sentences than Whites.

Here's the thing, when the Red Dog Squad was using ambulances for drug raids, I was in class with an EMT (he sat behind me) that came into class one day and told me a really cool story of responding to a heart attack in a zone of Atlanta known for high crime. He got shot at, like lots. Really cool story.

"ATLANTA (AP) _ A bust-heads, tell-it-to-the-judge cop survived two demotions to become police chief in the city with the nation’s highest crime rate.

Mayor Maynard Jackson appointed Eldrin Bell on Monday, declaring, ″Eldrin Bell is exactly what the doctor ordered." https://apnews.com/628cbb46964617d1466a07a7a2982cab

Will I see how this is. The data is out showing how white and black deal and use an equal amount of drugs, yet black people are overwhelmingly tossed in jail over it. That proves cops and also judges are predominantly racist. And here you not responding to it one bit. All you talk about is me.

No it is not and again you are on the wrong side of the law here as DA confirmed. Give it up.

None of the ongoing discussion serves to change the fact the individual in question knowingly decided to commit numerous felony offenses while still being on probation from his most recent felony conviction. He simply could not refrain from getting into legal trouble, because he simply did not want to.
