    The first perp Kyle shot was chasing him. You're not supposed to do that, but if you do, the person your chasing has a right to defend himself.
    The second perp assualted him and the third was indeed armed.

    Not so for the murdering Antifa scumbag you're trying to defend. His victim wasn't armed and didn't chase him at all.

    Yes. Here in America (not sure where you live) - chasing someone who has done nothing wrong is considered a threat. Kyle was retreating. Pretty simple.

    it's a liability thing, but you are probably safe unless his family wanted to sue

    I just prefer not to call people murderers unless they been found guilty of it

    He threw the plastic bag at Kyle, so at the time that he was shot, the child molester had empty hands. And his death was still justified, just like Trayvon's was. "I'm unarmed as I'm attacking this person" does not negate the victim's right to self defense.

    But, and this is the step that Mr. 100% Antifa skipped, there does have to be a reasonable perception of an immediate threat of harm. Kyle had that. Reinoehl did not.
