College students have been paying ghost writers to write term papers and in some cases even thesis for them for a long time now. Why not pay someone to do your job? Especially if they are cheap and good at it!!!! Great thread..
Maybe Congress should be outsourced. They don't get anything done anyway and this way they'd only be paid about 1400 RMB (about 225 USD) a month, plus noodle allowance.
