The duplicate ballots were said to lean towards Trump and people at the hearing contested some of these but not all of them. Biden won and there was no cheating but there was descrepancies.

The question is how much would these descrepancies have affected the final vote?

Well, it took so long because of the opposition to transparency. Even today the recent release ordered by the court did not give time to cross check some of the discrepancies.

One would think elections should not be so opaque.

 

Maybe they need another 5 months to cross check. By your standards November elections wouldn’t be decided until the following September. I thought it was ratty bad that the Tuesday election last year wasn’t called until the following Saturday...
