The lawsuit alleges that fraud is "the family way of life".

The surprises keep rolling up for Donald Trump and GOP lawmakers are sweating that a voting avalanche will engulf the GOP and send it on a journey into the wilderness.

Mary Trump is alleging that Donald Trump was the architect of the fraud that cheated her of $ millions of inheritance. The other Trump family members cited in the lawsuit were accomplices who benefited from the fraud perpetrated by Donald Trump.

So she is trying to undo an agreement she regrets signing. That makes her the fraud.

Mary Trump is still bitching she didn't get more of the fortune?

Are you lefties capable of considering motive? Or just so long as it align with your political views, run with it?

Another unemployable useless gold digger going after the deep pockets. Trump is used to giving trash like this money to make them go away. Although not as sleezy as Hunter Biden.

I hope Mary Trump wins her lawsuit. She is entitled to a part of her grandfather's estate.

She's a family member, not a gold digger. She's a psychologist, businesswoman and author with three degrees, including a PhD in clinical psychology. She doesn't classify as unemployable. She classifies as an employer.

Curious how Trump had thousands of agreements that Trump signed with people and then Trump refused to pay or the he failed to perform his agreed to duties- Trump University comes to mind!

Donald Trump's way of life is to regret the need to him to live up to his agreements, or fraudulently cheated everyone, or just lies about how he screwed anyone around him, families and business associates alike.

If Mary Trump is wrongly suing Donald, it will likely by the first "cheater" or "gold-digger" who ever has done so.

    Cry me a river, Trumpies!

Those can't be one and the same? Nothing rare about squabling about an inheritance.

Obama's brother thinks Obama is a fraud, does that impress you?

Is there a conflict concerning an inheritance between Obama and his brother?
I had never heard about this.

No, they can't be the same. Inheritance distributes the gold. The law suit concerns her father's death, when she was 16. I'm gonna guess that makes her mother the gold digger. Could be wrong. One thing's for sure. Melania checks that box.

No, I'm not impressed by Obama's brother, nor much by Obama himself. Presidents don't impress me much, though most had a shining moment. Carter had Camp David. Reagan had the Berlin Wall. HW had Kuwait, which we seem to forget because it was done properly. Clinton had the economy. W had 9/11. Obama got OBL. Trump has nothing.

I don't need to be impressed by a president. I need him or her to do their job. When they do this, it usually impresses me in and of itself.

If you believe fornication is beneficial to the USA, Donald Trump is doing his job.

While all of that may be true, if she signed it away without independently verifying the information, then she assumed the risk.

    Lol.

The first four years of Trump has been like a bad first date. She orders the most expensive items on the menu, drinks to intoxication, and all you get is a peck on the lips which gives you herpes. All you wanted to do was get laid, and instead, you get ***ked. Lol.

This assumes the agreement itself was legal, which I believe is what she's charging. As she was 16 when her father died, the inheritance was controlled by a trustee, whom she claims was "conflicted."

The issue in Thursday's lawsuit dates back to 1981, following her father's death when she was 16 years old. At the time, she and her brother inherited minority stakes of the family's real estate fortune.

Decades later, Mary learned a trustee who had acted on her behalf, Irwin Durben, was "irredeemably conflicted" and pushed her to sign an agreement that "fleeced her of tens of millions of dollars or more," according to the lawsuit.

"Defendants not only deliberately defrauded Mary out of what was rightfully hers, they also kept her in the dark about it—until now," the suit says.

    Looks like she's claiming coercion.

Actually, no she's not 'entitled' to part of the estate. Expectations do NOT equal 'entitled'.

She can claim anything she wants but at 16 nothing she signed would have been enforceable. Whenever she signed whatever she signed, she would have had to have been an adult and therefore would have been responsible for getting her own independent valuations if she so desired. If you offer to sell me your house for a fifty cents on the dollar list price, I am not legally obligated to convince you it is worth more. Sorry, but this strikes me as an effort to boost more sales of her book after the initial spike by keeping her name in the news.
