But to call anyone "an enemy of the country" wanders into the same nonsense "my way or the highway" ideology battle.

The Media is very Far Left Progressive, so obviously they hate the Right. That is really all there is to it.

The MSM is made up of incredibly Far Left persona's so of course they will be "the enemy" of Republicans or anyone on the Ri..... actually, anyone not a Progressive seems to be more accurate.

The liberal media is driving the cart when it comes to separating the Country. If they would shut up with their pitiful comments about "how the Country is so split" we might be able to come together because I don't think we are so divided. I think most of us have commonsense and think for ourselves.

 

I wish I could share your optimism, but I don't. I do admit to recalling a video from last year showing how close Rs and Ds are on many issues, so I don't know. I'd rather sit on my butt and gripe about the media, lol.

You made point after point after point of how the media attacks the Republican Party, my statement is objective and that calling them "the enemy" does absolutely nothing for any conversation. Calling them "the enemy" of Republicans (which is what you are doing) does make sense.

Your probably right but the “enemy of the people” is false information right? If so does intent really make a difference? If a person accidentally punches you and another person purposely punches you in both cases bottom line you got punched.

Trust in the media has fallen from a high of around 70-percent in 1972 to recent HISTORICAL lows of around 30 percent. The media KNOWS THIS yet they don't try to improve accurate reporting. That low level of TRUST is mostly democrat voters.

Instead, the media has created "fact-checkers" to try and prove themselves to be accurate to the people. Of course the "fact-checkers" are just as politically biased as the media, especially when they say things like, "this is true, but." At that point they are no longer "fact-checkers." They are making an argument instead. And that's not what they say they do.

Obviously, leftists cannot win elections on the issues. They must brainwash the people. George Orwell wrote about this in his book 1984.

The media is subjective because they aren't told enough information so they have to fill in the gaps with speculation and possibles .

If the government were honest , they would happily have reporters hanging around most of the day reporting . You know , nothing to hide ...
