Says who, Biden is letting them in and it could take years to get them before an immigration judge and then of course we will here "OH they've been here and have children and we can't send them back now".

But they didn’t, didn’t they go to a port of entry? Isn’t that how they ended up under the bridge?
If you don’t like the law then elect people who will change it. Republicans always find time to cut taxes but never to change the laws y’all always complain about.

Then they’ll probably fail in their attempt and get deported

Even the government has to follow US law and do what it says, which takes us back to the need of immigration reform.

Unfortunately we have people who complain about the current law, while opposing a reform.

8000 were sent back to Mexico.

Even the government is supposed to protect our borders from these illegals coming in. Even the persons wanting in have to follow US law and under that law these Haitians coming from Chili where they have been living have no claim for asylum. And I don't trust ANY numbers coming the Biden and Mayorkus. He admitted to 12,000 let in admitted it could be more and can't account for about that many now and more on the way.

Right, which is why they were detained under the bridge and 8000 were sent back to MX, and 2000 to Haiti.

Then they won't be granted one, but if they apply, they need to be processed, - so says the law.

    OK

Why mention it if you don't believe it? Even Trump had to release busloads into US, because the laws required it. El Paso got more than they could handle.

Several? You mean the one that still in play and DNC has yet to live up to the deal they made? Ya we conservatives still remember those dishonest Democraps and why the Republicans are still in no mood or hurry to trust the bastards again :)

Ya we had amnesty alright, but there was far more to it then all illegal "olly olly oxen free" :)

Whether they're asylum seekers or not is a determination made by a judge. Just because someone says that they are seeking asylum doesn't mean that they are actual asylee's. And the vast majority of those that seek asylum are never granted it.

In either case, again, why not keep them there until a judge determines their status? Much easier to keep track of if they're kept in one place aren't they? What is the purpose of spreading them out across the country?

And why those officers were keeping the Haitians from crossing. They have nobright to do so and it is illegal.

And the Biden administration and left will drag it out and then play the emotion card to keepbthem here and they and the press will declare anyone who says otherwise is a racist.

Read the OP. And Trump changes the law it is Biden who has gone back to catch and release.

Because Biden is allowing it, we could hold them and take them right back across the border. The fact remains he shouldn't have let them in in the first palace.

Why would we store Haitians in Mexico?

I don't know why we have to store anything. We don't owe them anything. Some live in Mexico others in Chili and other countries they can go home.

They don't have court dates and they shouldn't be here in the first place. Go back to Trump doctrine they can wait where they came from to have their asylum claims processed ornthey can apply for legal immigration.
