I said "being framed" -vs- being spied on because it turns out Joseph Mifsud is CIA. AG Barr & Durham are asking questions they already have the answers to. REALLY ironic, and sorta prophetic :: that Adam Schiff exhumed the rotten corpse of John Dean. Russian gangsters laundered money through his failing Atlantic City casinos and kept him afloat until he could get out from under his deals. They have been the financiers, of every single project of his since then. They trasnsformed him from New York City developer to front man for money launderers.

That he colluded with the Russians in 2016 is no longer in doubt.

Yesterday, he advertised that he would gladly do it again.

McConnell has built his career and his power on controlling the money. He is the guy who tells the Foster Freises, DeVos’s, Koch’s, Adelson’s et al who to write checks to.

And Trump gave him the gift of direct control of the nation’s transportation funding, by installing the Senator’s wife as Secretary of Transportation.

The media is missing the point in the Elaine Chao scandal. It isn’t that Chao is steering money to her husband’s pet projects. It’s that Chao controls all the money, and that McConnell’s advance man is her chief of staff.

Control all the money, and you dictate which Senator or Congressman gets their pet project funded.

McConnell served Trump consistently. When Trump needed to get Manafort out of his debt to Russian gangster Oleg Deripashka, Trump unilaterally cancelled specific sanctions on Deripashka’s businesses.

McConnell made sure that efforts by the Senate to enforce their own laws, McConnell blocked it.

In return, Deripashka promised a $200 million facility in McConnell’s district.

 

No one with any real knowledge of the already well documented facts would not make a fool of themselves by making such an obviously false claim.

 

We’re seeing a lot of attempts at projection like this one.

They’re not even very smart.

The fact that the Russians deployed a sophictacated cyber attack against the US beginning in 2013. It is still ongoing.

We know that it reached almost as many Americans as voted in 2016.

Right wing and Trump supporters on this forum parroted Russians disinformation regularly beginning in 2014, and reaching its peak (for the moment) in the fall of 2016.

I have no idea whether you parroted this stuff, but most of the more prominent Trump supporters here did. (As did all of my right wing FB friends).

It wasn’t Democrats who fell for “memes on FB and Twitter”. It was Trump supporters.
