2000 Americans are being head hunted into Melbourne Australia to drive taxi's in Yellow Cab style I suppose Australia needs to import Americans to work as Taxi drivers because Australians are poor drivers ----- see Switzerland Bus crash disaster--- and have a reputation for spitting on the job , sometimes at passing German tourists The non loving Australia bureaucrats in the Town Hall have been lobbying the Government to bring over Americans because the Greeks they tried to procure were often too lazy to get out of work during the day and wanted payment in valuables rather than paper money which they claimed they no longer trusted Why not bring over New Zealanders or Tongans to work as drivers - why Americans ? Could it be that Melbourne has the second largest population of Americans in the whole of Australia ? What is the matter with finding white Australians to driver the Taxis? Could it be that white Australians will not work for $5 an hour, but foreign imports will?
Euro Americans don't drive cabs here. Usually its an iranian or pakistani or some other undesirable culture. Please, take a couple thousand of them. We won't miss them.
According to a certain Mr De Niro I thought American Cabs were driven by American people who talk oddly . If not , does this mean that the OZ's will also get Scotty and French people who have presumably already been rejected by at least two other countries?
