I just found out from my kids that others are smuggling in salt to school. No kidding. I guess its better than drugs! But, it still tells me that policy is over the top. So, Mrs Obama better understand what behavior she is changing.
Difference between school and home, is they are working on a specific budget. So, I can use sea salt or Mrs Dash or something to flavor the food and take the salt away. School cannot. So, they just make the food bland. Maybe some are smuggling in salt or some are not eating much and snacking at home. I'm all for healthier lunches (or maybe better would be healthier choices), but you cannot go extreme. It will backfire on some.
