If that case had not made it to national news he would have been released in most cities. If that shocks and alarms people...well, there are a lot of miscarriages of justice every day in the US. Justice and the law are two separate entities.

 

Hey, if Zimmerman murdered him and it wasn't self defense, I for sure want him to go to jail for it. He should NOT get off....if that's the case.

You say the facts are being dragged "kicking and screaming out into the light,".....but what about people simply choosing to ignore the fact his 53 year old black friend said the man isn't racist. What about the eye witness who said they saw Zimmerman on the ground and Martin on top during the fight? How about the fact that reports say Zimmerman's head...the back of it, AND the front was bloody and that his lawyer said his nose was broken? How about the back of his shirt was wet and had grass stains, which backs up the eye witness account that Zimmerman was on bottom and Martin was on top beating him? Why are you purposefully ignoring any FACTS that might indicate Zimmerman did not commit a hate crime and that he had not intended to shoot the guy?

Have you considered all those facts? Or are you simply ignoring them on purpose?

 

Yeah. We're throwing up current cases. Not digging up month old cases as cover for our pathetic excuse of a President and his corrupt administration.

 

Very odd, will the white kid's family hold a news conference and demand the DoJ investigate the university for racism?

Will the KKK put a $10,000 bounty out for blacks?

I doubt it. I don't think he identifies with whites. Or maybe it's the politics of it all that he's most interested in. That's the most likely case.

 

I know that's sarcasm. But I really hope both the KKK and the New Black Panthers.....BOTH racist organizations, would just stay out of it. But I realize, that the Black Panthers have already involved themselves.....and in a very bad way.

Racism is the red herring. Even if you could prove that Zimmerman is/is not racist, it is meaningless to whether he committed a crime. Racism is not a crime in any case. Whether these 3 black men were racists is equally unimportant to their guilt or innocence.

 

Between murdering an unarmed teen or excusing the actions of a child murder in afganistain. Never let a pro life conservative tell you they are against murdering innocent children. The posts in this forum these last few weeks suggests otherwise.

 

These new "conservatives" have been trained like monkees by Fox News and AM radio to blame people of color for all of their problems in general. That is why they consistently vote for people and programs that are designed to keep them angry and struggling to get ahead.

Almost all of them are pro war, pro Wall Street, pro drug war, pro prison industrial complex and in favor of any and all fascist documents like the "Patriot Act", unless it pays for birth control for sluts and colerds....These are the "Joe The Plumber" generation of ignorant tools....Just sit back and enjoy their hilarious comments...I know I do.
