    She got paid on her third trip to court and after she posed for Penthouse with an accompanying story disclosing details of the affair. There really wasn't anything to hush up at that point.

    But now that you mention her I'm sure Trump fans will be ecstatic to be reminded of her case and the Supreme Court's unanimous ruling in her favor.

    Clinton v. Jones, 520 U.S. 681 (1997), was a landmark United States Supreme Court case establishing that a sitting President of the United States has no immunity from civil law litigation, in federal court, against him or her, for acts done before taking office and unrelated to the office.[1] In particular, there is no temporary immunity, so it is not required to delay all federal cases until the President leaves office.

    Actually, we're at the equivalent of an arrest or indictment, not a trial.
    Police arrive on the scene, find three guys bloody and you with blood on your knuckles.
    They say you started it and the police ask you for your version and you reply "Not telling".
    OK. Then we have to take you in under arrest.
    Because you didn't tell them your side, that there were 4 of them and the fourth ran off that way with your backpack while you defended yourself against these three, they may very well miss evidence that could save you and not even look for the fourth guy with your backpack.

    She's telling Trump, a lot of people are saying under oath that you did a bad thing, do you have anything to say for yourself? Not telling? Impeached! On to the Senate.
