    It's his rule then he an do what he wants with it. The point of what you are calling the Obama rule is that he had served his two terms and was a lame duck. Trump is not and the Democrats can pound sand they would certainly nominate an confirm someone if the shoe was on the other foot. It's high time the Republicans play the game of hardball.
