    They have to produce the servers if hacking is the claim.

    (E) Documents and Objects. Upon a defendant's request, the government must permit the defendant to inspect and to copy or photograph books, papers, documents, data, photographs, tangible objects, buildings or places, or copies or portions of any of these items, if the item is within the government's possession, custody, or control and:

    (i) the item is material to preparing the defense;

    Fire your legal team, they are woefully uninformed.

    No, as they already have. Nor would the deletions years ago be subject of charges of tampering.

    Uh..no. They filed a motion for DISCOVERY, which REQUIRES the prosecution to present ALL EVIDENCE, and the Grand Buffoon COULD NOT COMPLY, and had to BEG for an extension...TWICE, so far, which the Russians have agreed to...they could have already successfully sued to have the case thrown out for the Grand Buffoon being unprepared to prosecute AFTER ISSUING INDICTMENTS. Oooops !!

    They know the Grand Buffoon CANNOT MAKE HIS CASE...so does he.

    And why has he been FORCED to ask for THREE DELAYS in the Flynn PLEA, after Judge Sullivan's request for ALL EVIDENCE , to make sure that the Grand Buffoon did not withhold exculpatory evidence from Flynn, like the FACT that the agents who interviewed him, concluded that HE DID NOT LIE TO THEM. OOOPS, AGAIN!

    Mueller will CRAP HIS PANTS if these Russians show up, ready to challenge his claims.

    Prosecutorial IDIOCY/MISCONDUCT is nothing new for Mueller, who cost taxpayers' $ MILLIONS in damages for his BUNGLING of the anthrax investigation, relentlessly prosecuting the WRONG MAN.

    Then they have no evidence. Check post 52. Who examined them, not the FBI.

    You can’t do a forensic investigation without the servers. The DCCC and DNC servers were never turned over.

    Let's see they filed for discovery, and the prosecution was INCAPABLE of FULFILLING ITS LEGAL REPSONSIBILITY.

    And you're calling that a "win" for the Witch Hunt? :roflol:

    No idea WHAT did that to your brain...

    How was the election sabotaged? How many votes were stolen? How many minds were flipped to vote for Trump?
    Where's the collusion?

    It's amazing watching lefties defend a president who sat back and did nothing while Russians attacked America and defend a candidate who bought a phony dossier to smear her opponent.

    And now for something important.

    https://www.newsmax.com/politics/al...ob=1802325_07142018&s=al&dkt_nbr=010135if9ffx

    Former Harvard Law professor and constitutional scholar Alan Dershowitz said Friday's announcement of indictments for 12 Russia military intelligence officers "proves that we never needed a special counsel," Mediaite reported.

    Dershowitz was responding to a question from Fox News host Martha MacCallum about a tweet by Rudy Giuliani, lawyer for President Donald Trump, who wrote after the indictments were announced, "The Russians are nailed. No Americans are involved. Time for Mueller to end this pursuit of the President and say President Trump is completely innocent."

    "It proves — this indictment proves that we never needed a special counsel,” Dershowitz said. "This indictment could have been brought by ordinary prosecutors, ordinary FBI agents. There's no conflict here. It's Russians they are going after. There is no president; There's no people around the president;

    If they filed for discovery and got nothing it's grounds for dismissal. See post 52.

    WTF is wrong with spies spying? It’s what they do. Meddling... it’s what spies also do; as @Borat first mentioned, spies do not get indicted until they’ ****ing caugh and then indicted and prosecuted !

    I think it’s outrageous to indict a foreign intelligence officers while they’re in their own country. What the **** are we gaining from it? And if they truly broke an American law, why announce to them that America is onto them?

    Do you know the difference between an enemy and adversary? Of course you do.

    Putin is not American enemy; an adversary but not an enemy.

    “There is no allegation in this indictment that Americans knew that they were corresponding with Russians. There is no allegation in this indictment that any American citizen committed a crime. There is no allegation that the conspiracy changed the vote count or affected any election result.”

    Today’s charges include no allegations of knowing involvement by anyone on the campaign and no allegations that the alleged hacking affected the election result. This is consistent with what we have been saying all along.”

    They put up an unlikable candidate with a checkered past, then screwed Uncle Bernie......what did they expect to happen. Instead of all this goofing around they need to come up with a platform, a viable candidate and an implementation plan other than we hate Trump.
