they said they did not even consider it because they could not indict, they just reported on his crimes and expect Congress to handle

if this was anyone but the President, they would be heading to jail

I agree, he should of gave his opinion, but sadly as a republican he fells it not fair to this republican president to say one way or the other if he can not charge him

Mueller already said he went by the memo, we can disagree with him, but his opinion was the only one that counted

because they did not even consider it... because of the memo, don't forget to include the "why"

The impression was that if it were not for the OLC opinion, Mueller would have indicted the president. In the afternoon, Mueller was quick to say that is not what he was trying to say at all.

So, don't forget to include the "why". Mueller made it clear that he did not intend to support Lieu’s implication that Mueller would have indicted Trump if not for the OLC opinion.

he already said why, he does not feel it's fair for a prosecutor to say he thinks Trump is guilty if he can't prosecute

    Correct.

Incorrect. It means they did not go through the exercise of determining whether or not there was enough evidence to indict.

    He's saying so can obama.

Also, we are reinstating the death penalty, per the DOJ.

The Trumpsters are all wedded to their clearly false narrative.

All of them are making outright false claim, claims that are easily discredited by material in the report, and equally easily discredited by Mueller’s real testimony.

But Trump bellowed “no collusion, no obstruction”, and thus gave his base all the thinking that any of them are going to do.

ROFLMAO your excuse now is Mueller is in bed with Trump?? It's not about opinion it's about facts and evidence and the law. And it was the Democrat Clinton supporting prosecutors who wrote the report and came to the conclusions.

Prosecutors do not exonerate or not exonerate and Mueller has never done that in the past so there is another way to say this. Not enough evidence to prosecute. He made a decision in part 1 so not making a decision in part 2 is pathetic.

Barney Frank said that Bob Mueller was a wonderful appointment. How they all praised him with the highest praise and accolades back on the day Mueller was appointed.

Fresh is now trying to say he took his orders from Trump and as a Republican is trying to protect him.
    The desperation is quite hilarious.

Oh ... it's not a crime if your defense attorney is Mueller's chief of staff Aaron Zelby. Having it isn't a crime ... and destroying it after it's been subpoenaed, and ordered preserved isn't a crime. The investigator, Peter Strzok thought it was a crime. Strzok's boss Jim Comey thought it was too. The FBI's legal counsel James Baker? He thought it was a crime as well. But somehow Aaron Zelby convinced Andy McCabe it wasn't, and McCabe in turn convinced everyone else. Aaron Zelby knows a thing or 2 about obstruction of justice. 1st is how to destroy evidence of obstruction, 2nd is how to fabricate it.

"...but since the DOJ including the OLC has already stated there was no obstruction of justice it's a moot point."

    Try again
