Americans are suffering from the detrimental effects of fear, often called 'stress'.

But while there is the type of stress that results in exercise, there's another type
which has no outlet, no possible action, puts up blood pressure and eventually
gives kidney or other failure and kills a person.

That type of stress, well, let me compare, and yes despite lack of sunlight and
other drawbacks to living in England, the life expectancy is greater.

British NHS covers all medical and related costs,
and other care as required, nursing home and such.

My medical policy, what is covered and what isn't is
listed in a huge brochure, and is available on line

and in several languages, and I only refer to it if
I need to, but then I have to ask the provider, and then
they don't always get it right, and, as I've discovered,
the insurance might refuse the cover a couple of years
later and I'll get billed then.

As with someone I know, they insurance covers the
first 100,000 dollars and they other million is up to
    her.

and yes, I have high blood pressure with no
obvious cause but I know where my stress is
    coming from.

Sorry, I didn't make it clear, my policy that fills
a whole book, is for my healthcare plan here
    in the US.

And I don't know exactly what it covers because
I've never read it. And it changes every year.

The British National Health Service covers
    everything medical. Ambulance, Primary care,
hospital care, bed and treatment. Some tiny
exceptions came in the form of prescription
charges which are flat rate and not expensive
and even those have generous exceptions.

To sum up the NHS: you are covered.

My plan over here in the US: don't ask me,
ultimately you only know by whether the
insurance co. pays it, and doesn't rescind
the payment a year or two later.

I'll tell you this. Voting for Trump won't help.

True, but we won't have most of these wars.

One thing that really didn't help at all was Elizabeth Warren.
She claimed to be pro Medicare for all, then declared it to be
more expensive than the worlds most expensive large medical
'system', the ad hoc system we have here

costs twice as much as a proportion of GDP than the average
of the healthcare systems of the advanced countries.

It would save a lot of money but E Warren sank it to make
    Bernie Sanders look bad.
