Civil Disobedience is an ancient Christian practice. It is peaceful.

I believe in the rights of people to be treated equally in the eyes of the law. With that said the worst injustice in this entire situation is that the government is involved in marriage at all - but as long as they are, the law must be applied equally.

Btw, the majority of Americans side with same sex marriage - the margins for and against split further apart every year.
