Well the Patriots win again and they beat the Ravens 30-23 in a game they should have blown them out!!

Two completely unacceptable mistakes one on a punt return and another on a kickoff return brought the Ravens back from a 23-3 Patriots lead up to a 23-17 Patriots lead and then a Ravens field goal made it 23-20 Patriots.

But Mr. Cool....Captain America....Tom Brady with ice in his veins through a 69 yard TD pass to Hogan to make the game 30-20 and that would be the way it ended.

The Patriots are now 11-2 with 3 regular season games left and the Pats have the best record in the NFL along with the faltering Dallas Cowboys who did not look good in their loss to the Giants.

When you have Tom Brady and Bill Belichick and ESPECIALLY an owner like BOB KRAFT who is smart enough to know NOT to interfere with a head coach who has brought the Patriots to 6 Super Bowls and won 4 as well Belichick has been in a total of 9 Super Bowls 6 with the Patriots as Head Coach and 1 with the Patriots as the Defensive Coordinator under Bill Parcells as well as 2 with the Giants under Parcells as well....

p.s.....by the way Bill Parcells has NEVER won or been to a Super Bowl WITHOUT BILL BELICHICK........

.......well Bob Kraft KNOWS as long as he let's Belichick run the show ALL IS WELL!!

I have been watching Football for a long time and I have NEVER SEEN a team and organization that is as well oiled and is as well lead as the New England Patriots!!

When other Teams talk about.....A REBUILDING YEAR.....the Patriots are talking about....LET'S WIN THIS YEAR!!

The Patriots easily handled the Denver Bronco's winning 16-3.

The Patriots clinched a 1st round bye and are 12-2 with 2 games remaining.

The Pats will win the Super Bowl unless there's a major injury (Brady or Edelman). We need Amendola back. The running game looks good with Blount and Lewis. The defense has jelled and can stop any team.

Replacing Edelman would never be a problem. Mitchell and Hogan would put up more points anyway. Edelman just drops passes now. He's not himself. IMO they should send Bennett up the seams and have Hogan in the middle, not Edelman.

Dude Edelman is Mr. CLUTCH when the game is on the line and we need him healthy!!!!

He has been injured but he is playing through the pain and believe me I know how difficult something like that is as I have had to perform very hard physical movements and travel when I was injured and you just have to block out the pain.

The key is to just shut it off and it takes a lot of concentration but it is possible as I have done it many times.

The problem is whether or not the pain you are feeling or blocking out is indicative of a warning you are further damaging your body and causing greater injury and it is important for a player in the NFL to be able to TRUST the Team Doc's as in the past some teams would be in collusion with the Doctors where a player who was really injured badly was given anti-inflammatory steroids and painkillers and told they could play through the pain and not further cause damage to their bodies especially when it was the playoffs.

When I was shot and had to walk to an extraction point 16 hours away I was in so much pain I desperately wanted a full dose of Synth-Morph but to take a full dose would have made me much slower and also I would not know just how badly traveling would have damaged my body so I took a half dose and I have never been in that much pain in my life.

It was excruciating upon levels I cannot even explain but I knew the worse thing I could do was take more painkiller so I blocked it out of my mind as best as I could.

Thing is NFL Players do this as well as many play with broken bones and damaged organs...etc...and they just cannot take the painkillers in any amount that would make the pain bearable as to do so would lower their ability to play the game as well cause them to further damage their bodies and Edelman has been playing in a great deal of pain for a few weeks but he should be back to strength very soon.

LOL!!

    Hey Raiders Fans....GET OVER IT!!!

The Patriots won that game over the Raiders back in 2001 and it's been about 15 years so GET OVER IT!!

They will be knocked out of the playoffs by the Packers.

Of course the Packers need to make the playoffs yet.

Not a Raiders fan by any stretch. Never like Davis.
But the refs gave the Pats that one. A rule had to be implemented the following year to make up for the blown call.

    Uh no.

The Tuck Rule still exists and has NOT been changed!!!

In the event the Quarterbacks arm that is holding the football moves forward or is in the act of moving forward as the QB attempts to TUCK the ball away and the ball comes out it is rules as an INCOMPLETE PASS and this rule has not changed and still exists.

If you say a Team is KNOCKED OUT of the Playoffs then it is implied in that statement there would be more playoff games after they were knocked out.

You could argue that point but I think very few members would take your statement to mean the Super Bowl as the words PLAY OFFS imply that there is a system in place for teams to play against each other and eliminate those who lose and the victor to carry on.

I posted it as more a tongue in cheek. For the SB is the last and final playoff game.
In the spirit of a Packers fan beating the Patriots. I know they can't play each other until such time.
Also, the Pack is sitting on the outside looking in right now. But they do control their destiny if they win their final 2, they win the NFC north.

Well the Packers are always dangerous but I am not so sure they have everything it takes this year.

I was really worried when Gronk went down but the Patriots are just so extremely deep at all positions as well as having most likely the greatest coach of all time they just seem to always find a way.

I would not mind seeing a Patriots/Packers Super Bowl!! :)

As long as the result is the same as the 1 and only meeting between the 2, I'm all for it.
Actually, even if the result was different, I'd still like to see it.

Injuries have certainly taken their toll on the Pack, just like their run in 2010. They have righted the ship, but I agree, don't know if they have enough to get their.

They seem to make some stupid mistakes sometimes and the difference between a Champion and just a team that makes the playoffs in the NFL really comes down to who makes the least mistakes!!

Edelman has dropped more passes than caught in like the past 3 or 4 games. Yes, it's great when he's healthy and making plays, but he's not his usual self. I almost broke my TV a few times watching him drop these passes. He's hearing the footsteps and getting nervous.

Well the Patriots absolutely demolished the New York Jets 41-3 bringing the Patriots record to 13-2 with one regular season game remaining the Miami Dolphins on Jan. 1st New years Day 2017 at 1:00 PM est.

The Fin's just squeaked by the Bills and Miami is in the playoffs.

The Patriots look GOOD and I really do not see any AFC Teams out there capable of beating them especially if the Patriots have home field advantage.

    GO PATS!!!!
